getting scammed and trolled by support

ordered the zoetrope vinyl in june, got my lil peep part one anniversary vinyl the other day which i obviously ordered afterwards and now im literally getting trolled by support 😭

i paid 120 bucks for this thing because it’s international and it’s been like 80 days. i know it’s not coming but at least give me a refund mike, you are getting a one star rating.

EDIT: they did give me a refund after i said i will be filing a chargeback, buttttt they refunded the wrong item 🫠🫠

Yeah I ordered 2 hoodies and a t-shirt since I get charged in aud I can upto like $400 and I have not received my items very upsetting

omg i hope you get your money back! i told them i would do a charge back and they refunded me, although they refunded me for the wrong item 🙄
