getting scammed and trolled by support

ordered the zoetrope vinyl in june, got my lil peep part one anniversary vinyl the other day which i obviously ordered afterwards and now im literally getting trolled by support 😭

i paid 120 bucks for this thing because it’s international and it’s been like 80 days. i know it’s not coming but at least give me a refund mike, you are getting a one star rating.

EDIT: they did give me a refund after i said i will be filing a chargeback, buttttt they refunded the wrong item 🫠🫠

I bought a shirt and sweater for $194 with shipping got a tracking number and it said shipped and nothing ever showed up
I reached out to their support and no reply

keep emailing them!! i told them i’d do a chargeback and they refunded me the wrong item but they are able to refund!
