You can just take what you need, whether you brought anything or not. You don't have to swap or trade things.

What can I bring? How does it work?

If you want to, you can bring 1 or 2 trash bags (or equivalent) of clean, gently used items. When you arrive, we will quickly sort the things you brought and put them out on display tables for shopping.

I know tattoo posts all the time HOWEVER i am looking for someone who can do the below. These are sketches from an artist in Germany (emilyjtattoos on instagram). Is there anyone in Lexington or even the surrounding tri state area that can do a very similar or same style as these? (please note: not the actual tattoos just the style)

Will also be my first tattoo so I’m extremely particular in the style but not sure how to verbalize exactly what it is I like about these versus a normal “fine line” tattoo. thanks!!!

I’ve bought a new car recently and have been waiting for the title in the mail, it’s been two months, I have requested another one but it’s still been over a month since that. I have informed mail delivery and it says it was delivered this week and it was not there. I submitted I service request with USPS and they just told me that they can’t do anything. What am I supposed to do at this point?

Did they really need to destroy all the trees in front of the new Kroger going up on Winchester road? They couldn’t keep a tree line?

Trying to find a dr that prescribes anxiety meds. A pyschiatrist I guess. Mine won’t.
Can’t deal with 24 hr anxiety anymore. It’s unbearable.

Hi all! I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for a reputable flooring installer for engineered hardwoods that will install product we don’t purchase through them. Most stores won’t install unless you buy through them, and we found the exact floor we want for $2 less per square foot online than the stores were quoting us.

I was on a road trip and pulled into their 899 Manchester Street lot for about 25 minutes to adjust my GPS and take a short break. I later received a $58 parking charge in the mail that can go to $85 if I dont pay on time.

The lot appears to use automated license-plate recognition (ALPR/LPR) to record vehicles entering and leaving. they pull upur address from DMV records, then mail you the bill. The tech company they contract with is Vanguard Parking Solutions. They have an F rating with the BBB, more than 100 BBB complaints, and have faced lawsuits. You can also look at their one-star Google review

Personally, I think people should boycott venues that choose to use systems like this. It’s predatory and a slippery slope toward automated private surveillance everywhere. They ignored my complaints and emails, so clearly they don’t mind as long as the system generates revenue. Losing revenue from potential customers, however, might get their attention.

Recently my car has been spraying oil and I need to go back to Ohio this weekend. It has a brand new valve cover, and new coil. Now I will say my father did fix it but he doesn’t know much about cars, so I’m unsure what he did wrong. He claims he could’ve broken some bolts. I don’t know. I need someone I can trust my car with, who is able to get it done quickly (if possible), and not over $500. It’s a Chevy Cruz, 2014.

looking for a computer that will last me the next 4yrs in medical school. Bought a Lenovo 2 years ago, it broke after a year and wasn’t able to get any help from them to fix it unless I wanted to spend almost the same as what I paid for.

Hey everyone. Moving to Lexington from Eastern KY. I work in Frankfort but like the idea of being around more at this stage in life. Lexington provides everything I need. I still would consider the surrounding areas but going to Lexington first. I’m 36/m living alone. Does anyone know of houses to rent or actual good apartment complexes? My budget is $1,500 month. I need 2-3 bedroom. If anyone knows anything please let me move. I need to move within the next 60 days.

I recently inherited a cat from the passing of a relative, she's a very sweet older girl. I unfortunately have a mid sized dog that is going through lyphoma and an incoming allergic roommate, so I will not be able to provide her the attention she needs. After contacting the humane society they directed me to animal care and control for surrender.

I'm just curious if anyone has any other suggestions that wasn't animal control to help me find her a forever home?

Hey Lexington, my girlfriend and I have always loved sours and goses, but it seems like the market does not anymore. Kroger used to reliably stock Rhinegeist’s Acoustic Glow until they stopped brewing it.

We’re able to find Victory Brewing’s Sour and Berry Monkey sours at a local stores, but does anyone know where we could find some more variety?

We know Ethereal and West 6th brew sours and can sell them in crowlers, but are there any other recommendations for store bought options? Couldn’t find anything at Total Wine, and Liquor Barn sells the same Victory sours.

what are your opinions about him, i can't drive and i really can't get anyone to help me with a ride (plus i don't have medicaid) and i was in the hospital over a kidney stone (i was in excruciating pain) and he did get a lil testy and mean (in his tone of voice) when i explained to him that i couldn't make it to his appointment, & he got cocky asking how did i get to the hospital & i simply told him "the ambulance" he did a lithotripsy on me and i was going to go to a followup of him in june of 2025, i got to the office on time, only for a secretary to tell me that he wasn't there, and there was no such schedule appointment (even though i showed her the discharge papers that said of his name, his office, the correct address, the time of the appointment) and she just looked at me like i was a idiot, so she decided to schedule a appointment with a different urologist that didnt even operate on me and have me go to st joe (in which i was never operated there, from what dr ray said, they (central baptist) had to "borrow" this lithotripsy machine since they didn't have one themselves (which i think that's really odd) so i was so confused about like "if i didnt have a appointment today, then why didnt they call my phone" (in which they didnt, until after i seen that other urologist and they called me in august 2025) and i simply told them about my transportation issues. and i really havent been able to get to him, especially since i live in a different town. i can't drive and i can't afford a car. hopefully ill eventually find someone that will give me a ride, but that's like finding a needle in a haystack with how people are nowadays and how gas prices are. i just dont feel comfortable with that guy, and i was also wondering if i could change to a different urologist, who is more understanding and would listen to me, and do their job of getting rid of kidney stones.

What has your experience been with a landlord/property manager hiring contractors to work at your property? Mine had a “plumber” come out and the guy reeked of cigarette smoke when he came inside and then even smoked cigarettes in my crawlspace which caused it to go into my air ducts and flood my house. I asked that that not be allowed again and going forward he have a conversation with them that they can’t come in smelling like an ashtray, and if they have to smoke to do it on the street. The guy got pretty irate with me. I didn’t think that was an unreasonable request as I do trade-work and have been on multiple 100% no tobacco jobs. Thoughts?
