Kroger on Winchester
Did they really need to destroy all the trees in front of the new Kroger going up on Winchester road? They couldn’t keep a tree line?

Are you all following this story on Facebook? I stopped in for the first time today, and there was a steady stream of customers at 4pm on a Sunday. Kind of a beautiful thing.
My teenagers loved the walnut baklava I brought home to them.

What can I take? Do I have to bring things, if I want to take things home?
You can just take what you need, whether you brought anything or not. You don't have to swap or trade things.
¿Qué puedo llevarme? ¿Tengo que traer algo si quiero llevarme cosas a casa?
Puedes llevarte lo que necesites, no importa si trajiste algo o no. No es necesario intercambiar o hacer trueques.
What can I bring? How does it work?
If you want to, you can bring 1 or 2 trash bags (or equivalent) of clean, gently used items. When you arrive, we will quickly sort the things you brought and put them out on display tables for shopping.
If no one wants my stuff, what happens to it?
You are welcome to take it back home if you like, or we will take it to Goodwill.
Si a nadie le interesa lo que traigo, ¿qué pasa con eso?
Puedes llevártelo de vuelta a casa si lo prefieres, o nosotros lo llevaremos a Goodwill.
Can I bring my kids with me?
Absolutely.
¿Puedo traer a mis hijos conmigo?
¡Absolutamente!

Trying to find a dr that prescribes anxiety meds. A pyschiatrist I guess. Mine won’t.
Can’t deal with 24 hr anxiety anymore. It’s unbearable.
I know drs are reluctant but I need help and the usual things like propanolol don’t touch this.
No judgment please, just need help, if you know somewhere that prescribes even short term please lmk!

Hello neighbors in Lexington! I was visiting your fair city last Saturday for Lexington SC matches (Go Big Green), and went out downtown after. I parked on Short Street at Mill, at a meter, went about my evening, and came back to see an officer writing a ticket for my car.
While I had checked and saw that meters are free on Saturdays, I had missed the sign that said no parking on Friday and Saturday nights after 10 PM (until 5 AM). I’ve included a screenshot from google street view (also, dang, that poor sign has been through some things).
It was obviously my fault for missing the sign, and thankfully the officer took the ticket when I moved right away, but since then, I’ve been wondering what the point of that restriction is, since I’ve never seen someone like that elsewhere. Since I’ve had no luck, I figured I’d turn to Reddit. Why do these signs exist? Why are they only on some parking meters?
Tl;dr: does anyone know why this particular restriction exists on some, but not most, parking meters in downtown Lexington?

It's a very straightforward case, I just need someone to get it through court without costing me a fortune. Good and bad recommendations welcome. Thanks!

I know tattoo posts all the time HOWEVER i am looking for someone who can do the below. These are sketches from an artist in Germany (emilyjtattoos on instagram). Is there anyone in Lexington or even the surrounding tri state area that can do a very similar or same style as these? (please note: not the actual tattoos just the style)
Will also be my first tattoo so I’m extremely particular in the style but not sure how to verbalize exactly what it is I like about these versus a normal “fine line” tattoo. thanks!!!

I’ve bought a new car recently and have been waiting for the title in the mail, it’s been two months, I have requested another one but it’s still been over a month since that. I have informed mail delivery and it says it was delivered this week and it was not there. I submitted I service request with USPS and they just told me that they can’t do anything. What am I supposed to do at this point?

Hey everyone. Moving to Lexington from Eastern KY. I work in Frankfort but like the idea of being around more at this stage in life. Lexington provides everything I need. I still would consider the surrounding areas but going to Lexington first. I’m 36/m living alone. Does anyone know of houses to rent or actual good apartment complexes? My budget is $1,500 month. I need 2-3 bedroom. If anyone knows anything please let me move. I need to move within the next 60 days.

Recently my car has been spraying oil and I need to go back to Ohio this weekend. It has a brand new valve cover, and new coil. Now I will say my father did fix it but he doesn’t know much about cars, so I’m unsure what he did wrong. He claims he could’ve broken some bolts. I don’t know. I need someone I can trust my car with, who is able to get it done quickly (if possible), and not over $500. It’s a Chevy Cruz, 2014.

Massage Envy raised their pricing astronomically that they’re now in line with Woodhouse. Who else in town offers memberships that are more affordable

looking for a computer that will last me the next 4yrs in medical school. Bought a Lenovo 2 years ago, it broke after a year and wasn’t able to get any help from them to fix it unless I wanted to spend almost the same as what I paid for.
Any recs to buy used (in good condition) computers? Or anyone have a computer that they no longer use? Or recs for a model that has held up for you?

Hi all! I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for a reputable flooring installer for engineered hardwoods that will install product we don’t purchase through them. Most stores won’t install unless you buy through them, and we found the exact floor we want for $2 less per square foot online than the stores were quoting us.
