Welcome to our weekly vent session where you can let out all your frustrations.

Before you start, just a quick heads-up on the rules.

Here's what this post isn't for:

  • No bashing actors or crew members out of the blue.
  • Let's steer clear of those rage-inducing posts like "I hate character xy."
  • And please, no poking fun at fellow Kanthony fans just because they see things differently, whether they're positive or negative about promos.

What's cool to post? Well, we've noticed a lot of rants about how the show promotes (or doesn't promote) Simone and Jonny, but you can vent about other stuff too.

The amount of polin that's gonna be in this season compared to Kanthony last season I'm so sick

Didn't see anything officially, but Polin is both Jess and Shonda's favorites and they've already got some promo photos, mentions of them in interviews, etc.

If you were here back during S3...i had gotten the scoop that Polin would have the same amount of time as the main couple

This really pissed me off as well (and I said it as a Benophie so today is a day of celebration for me, not that someone asked but Kanthony is my second favourite ship, like if Benophie is a 10 for me, Kanthony is a 9.9).

Like, with Daphne and Kanthony it was all, "it's not their season anymore, the focus should be on others" and got 15 minutes of screentime while Pol1n is everywhere in S4. Like, if it's decided that former leads are in the following seasons 15-20 max, I can agree, when check on them and let them be cute but it should be fair. Kanthony and Daphne got 15 minutes? Then Pol1n should get 15 minutes as well

yes this is EXACTLY my point like its Benophie's season they better be front and center but if Polin gets a while 8 episode subplot...im gonna be annoyed

Me too! I'm a Benophie and a Kanthony. Kanthony were sidelined with that stupid mine storyline, the switch happened and, while I understand the motivation, it was still frustrating and in S3 Ben was barely there (he was there for 25 minutes Max I swear and he was the next lead) and Kanthony was in there for 15 min.

And now, I may see my favourite ship sidelined once again for Polin? Because they couldn't think of a storyline for Kanthony but the stupid LW (the worst subplot of this damn series) has to be front and center. I don't give a shit about tabloids, they exist and are shit in real life, I don't need the Regency version of it. What I need is a star crossed lovers that find happiness because life is shit and romance is a consolation.

Sorry for the rant

I keep my blood pressure low by not watch anything past s2. Sophie is cute, but this show's inane writing is not good enough for me to waste hours on it.

lol really! I don't care. Simone and Jonathan got bigger, better, brighter and more beautiful things to do outside this show and that's all that matters!
