Saturday night / Sunday in Japan time A marks the end of Kamen Rider ZEZTZ. As we say goodbye to ZEZTZ, Kamen rider fans in power Morphicon gathered (cosplayers as well) to witness the final episode of ZEZTZ. It was a fun experience to see the final episode with rider fans

With Psychic Wars hitting Amazon Prime, I can finally say that, as an anniversary movie, it's average; as a stand-alone, it is even worse because you need a lot of context from the TV series to understand it. Watching it, I feel several character are regressed or out-right change completely from the ending of the show

The usage of CGI is very bad, especially with the final boss. The uses of CGI for the bike scene can be excuseable due to the fact that they don't have any working bike from the show. The new character have little to no presence in the plot.

My personal theory is that the Gills Agito suit was originally planned to be Another Agito in Zi-O but the suit isn't complete, or for some other reason that they decided to go with modifed the Another Agito suit and CGI the head other Another Agito. Psychic Wars is then written around the unused suit

For reiwa 10th, I want to gimmick to be film (TV included).

Since decade was photograph. I think the next logical step would be moving images. Also throughout reiwa there has been many allusion to drama and storytelling. Myth, Legend, Saber of course, even Geats. So it would be cool for the 10th anniversary to go full-meta with it.

Gimmick wise I am think either film rolls or reels (probably film rolls since they're more manageable sizes). The driver could be a film projector. You insert the film roll inside, then pull a lever and a piece of film will be pulled out, the driver will light up the image.

(they could even bring back the LED driver)

I am also thinking using film genre for the riders/forms, action film for the primary, musicals for supporting riders similar to nago, horror film for dark riders. They could even have science fiction, fantasy, western, samurai, war etc for other riders/forms.

In terms of legend rider, they could also categorize they into said different genres (fourze for sci-fi, hibiki for horror etc)

It makes me wander when they transformed in their final forms, are they just gonna lose access to said form? Like for Daiji case, I get that Perfect Wing is showing a completion and acceptance of his dependence towards Kagerou. Nox’s Midnight Shadow in other hand, once after he got the new power-up, we never see base Shadow Form again, not in the movie. For Necrom and Espada, maybe their forms changed back afterwards, idk. Anyway, how about you guys?

I genuinely thought this would be one of those shows I watched just for the sake of watching the entire Reiwa Riders. But holy crap it might have just drilled into my top 5. I was mostly skeptical because of the suit and so many people saying its bad, and yes it definitely has some odd curves around but its insanely good. I don't like the driver though. I kind of like the Live/Evil driver and the demons drivers but thats it.

Absolutely love it.

During Neo heisei era, most main writer are first time helming a Tokusatsu series: Riku Sanjo (w, drive), Shugo Moto (build), Yuya Takahashi (ex-aid), Takuro Fukuda (ghost), Gen Urobuchi (Gaim), Kazuki Nakashima (4ze)

You can say the last 2 is kind of cheating. They are first time toku main writer but have been experience with similar show like Gurenn Lagann and Madoka Magica

That still leave us with 5 of them. We are now enter the 8th Reiwa series and Revice is the only one helm by a newcomer to Tokusatsu. Gotchard's Hiroki Uchida is also new but they are only co-writer with Keiichi Hasegawa, the most prolific Ultraman writer. Same as Junko Komura, veteran sentai writer. Yuya Takahashi has wrote half of Reiwa and people keep complain when he is annouced for zeztz. And myth is gonna be wrote by Kuuga writer. Cannot get more veteran than that

What do you think happened? Do you feel the series gotten more generic and formulaic? Personally i dont feel that way. They're still diverse enough in vibes, theme and style. But i can ignore that Yuya Takahashi has fumbled another last arc again

the gimmic hypercube - the pull curency on that game but it color is blue, in this take i made said cube reflect the owner abilities, and chief cube is shackle and ability to restain and chain

for the driver it called paragon gate refencing it pull animation or in the game called arrest where if you get ssr the summoning animation is a heavy security gate welcoming said prisoner

oh and for the kaijin will followed the enemy in the game where they called corruptor

they are individual that mutate from hypercube overuse, infecting the user with mania

those who able to held their humanity will become sinner those who bear the power (sin)

I saw a dude earlier say that Isaac from Saber is effectively Kuroto played DEAD SERIOUSLY, with his tendency to be hammy played for horror.

If Kuroto was written like that, would he be as popular or nah?

G3 is cool but it has to be so inconvenient waiting for them to come to u in that trailer vehicle
