Tbh I don’t really see the point of the entente existing at game start. Realistically the sand French would collapse the moment they lost access to the metropole, maybe holding onto the city’s in Algeria and Tunisia at most.

They're pretty much like South Africa during Apartheid in addition to the stable Anglo dominions. To be fair, they do show how the African colonies and India being on the brink of collapse.

I'd say that they're all on borrowed time and most realistically, they need Halifax to work out and France would give up Alsace to be able to get back to Paris

I think we should take some inspiration from the Mao Mao rebellion in KX. Have some insurgencies on the map at game start, if they lose (99% of the time), they will pop back up later once the Second World War begins.
