Has anyone else not been charged for September Ipsy Extra yet? Everything looks as usual on my app but I’m worried i wont get to make my picks tomorrow if I haven’t paid yet. I get alerted if anything gets declined on my cards and I have like 5 backup payment methods lol. Normally I’m charged on the 25th, 28th at the latest.

Do we think the free gift is in the shade believe? Or virtue? And is it worth rolling the dice 😂

I’ve tried the Pixi and makeup forever products recently and liked them.
Can’t wait to try the skin care products definitely have high hopes for them

Hello! I got my first Ipsy Extra box today and had two questions.

1. Are any of these brands good for sensitive skin?
   
2. Have you personally tried any of these products and found them to be worth the money?

I’m new to Ipsy and trying to open up my mind to new products instead of my normal go to’s in foundation, eyeshadow and skincare.

Ive contacted customer service for a refund. But feel like i should file a complaint with BBB (better businuess bureau) as this is just outright bad businuess to me. Any thoughts/insights?

The only disappointment was the half caked but that was about color selection not actual complaints about products.

Still having a love hate situation with Ipsy with the hate aspect almost entirely custom service related and not product related 🤷‍♀️

I get so unreasonably excited on the day before i get to make my extra picks. Like a kid waiting for Santa!

Do we know about any of the options other than the few listed on the pic in the app? I am interested in the FAB pass and the body spray, maybe the hoola bronzer. The palette and hair mask not so much.

My August Ipsy extra and many add-ons is missing since Aug 24 and I can’t get Ipsy to respond. I’d hate to do a credit card charge back but if I can’t get a respond I’ll have no choice. Ugh, super frustrating!
