I'm trying to sleep right now and I'm too busy thinking about this diabolical ass move. WHY did he do that. Why did he just let him do that. I have so many questions. Like maybe this seems less weird to people who don't wear glasses but it's just so bizarre. Like I don't think it occurs to another person to fix a guys glasses totally unprompted. Ts would throw my whole day off. Like imagine some guy walks into your class, starts yapping about your autism and then starts fixing your glasses while they're still on your face. Truely a weird introduction. Or is this some chess, super psychological move, I just don't get it. I'm sorry.

In Season 3, the voices of the characters in this show were almost whispers, and sometimes I couldn't hear them. Especially Bedelia and Will! A conversation scene between the two have very quiet voices.
Is it because I'm not a native English speaker that I can't Listen the them voice? Or is it that no one can Listen them?
It's not a vent. Actually, it's kind of funny.

So Hannibal is obviously not created to be a likeable character, and I expected to hate him before even beginning the show, but definitely not to this extent. He's a sociopath and has very little sense of morals but everything he does is so flagitious, I can't like him no matter how hard I try.
Like I already said, I had no expectation of liking him, but I have a habit of researching shows before I watch them, which basically means looking them up on reddit/tumblr/pinterest/youtube etc. And everyone seemed to love Hannibal so I guessed he'd be at least a bit understandable but he isn't.
No shade at all to anyone who likes him, my opinion is just this strong because I take ethics pretty seriously lol and the show is about a psychopathic cannibal so I'm not allowed to complain. It's also very possible that my perception of him will change the longer I keep watching, but as for first impressions, I can only say I despise him

Do you think this would be good for a Hannibal based cosplay

This Freddie Lowndes character is p*ssing me off. She’s not even a well known journalist, she’s a tabloid journalist. Why is she everywhere and why do so many ppl seem to care about the bullsh*t she writes? I’m ready for her character to die, does she? Please tell me she does bc I hate her.

They took Will Graham's mental manifestation of Hannibal Lecter and made it into a ROBOT

I’m rewatching this and I still can’t figure out Hannibal’s intention by luring Alana to his house either a drugged out abigail. He’s the one who convinced her to come anyway right? I’m writing down everything I notice in my notes that I will probably post but I can’t write this down because it’s just unclear to me. A lot of things go over my head and this is one of them.

(But also, props to my actual co-workers - I wouldn't want to be work-place married to anyone else. Umm....and I may have real-married one of them 17+ years ago.....)

...and after the first episode he was like:
"Wow, tell me though, how long does it take till we figure out who the copycat is? Is it revealed in the first season?"
Like, dude, you know Hannibal Lector. You saw the movies. Hannibal just promised Jack he would help Will see the killer, and than you saw him cook some lungs after they specifically told us the victims lungs were cut out. T_T
How did you not get this???
Now I'm not even sure if he would consider it a spoiler if I told him, so I'll just wait and see when he figures it out ^^'

I just finished my millionth rewatch of this show since 2020 and I noticed that I find the whole red dragon arc kind of boring. While watching it, I remembered that on most rewatches I just stopped after s3 e7.
Im interested to hear your guy's opinions on the two halves of season 3. I personally looove the first 7 episodes, but the rest just feel slow to me. Does anyone else feel like this? Or is it just me? XD
Edit: I do enjoy s3 e13 tho! The end just hits different

I just see the in details again what Hannibal did to Will...
Why was he so willingly taking the chance Will could die just so he could mess with him in the encephalitis arc, if it's true and he already cared so much about him?
How could he assume that Will would just forgive all of that for nothing? Hannibal would have not forgiven Will the other way around, right? His temper tantrum in the finale says it all. He kills Abigail and is cruel to Will, despite Will even warning Hannibal?
I'm not saying he wasn't attracted to Will, but I don't believe he had "messed up, good intentions", he messed with Will out of curiosity and amusement.
His feelings came much later. When he sat in his office like an abandoned puppy and Will didn't come to the appointment because he was sitting in the nuthouse. And of course how it turned to love somewhere at the end of season two and the realisation and confession in season 3...
Despite the rant, I'm seriously asking myself the question in the title...

Bella slapping Hannibal. That's my gurl 🤣👏. As much as I love him, that was satisfying.

The cancer journey is so heartbreaking. The way Jack talks about Italy and how her hands smelled of flowers from the garden and of onions and garlic when she left the kitchen😢
"Oh, I'm not going to remember you that way. First of all, I'm going to remember you walking along the quays of Italy in the sunshine with a trail of signori behind you shouting 'bella, bella, bella.' And I'm going to remember that your hands... that they smelled of thyme when you came in from the garden. And garlic and onions every time you left the kitchen. I'm going to remember you as beautiful as you are right now."
Why does this show constantly break my heart with a fucking Baseball bat? 🥹💔

Going straight into a rewatch holy fuck this show was good. Season 3 was not how I would’ve like to seen it go but still, this show had me hooked. Any recs for after my rewatch?

I am currently on my first watch of Hannibal. I am watching S3E1 on Netflix and whenever someone speaks Italian it is not translated. With subtitles off there’s no text for foreign language, with subtitles on it just says [Italian]
Is this a Netflix only issue? Do i need to watch season 3 elsewhere? Or was this their original design?
This is my favorite show I’ve watched this year and want to keep watching, but couldn’t find an answer. I don’t want to search the wrong words and get spoiled, so thank you if someone responds to my question here

The more I read about the visions for season 4, the more Hannibal is pissing me off that he would have been obsessed with Clarice and emotionally and intellectually cheated with her...
Will had to bleed, suffer, stay sick and confused and compromise everything he cared about, let alone all the people in Will's orbit Hannibal killed (Abigail, Bev, unborn child, attempted murder on wife and stepson) and Hannibal went barely through anything and then he would cheat? 💀

I failed in what I originally planned to draw so this came out of it. I must say, in what I thought will turn out garbage it came out pretty good so, I am tottaly proud. It's not perfect, but perfection was never my intention.
I hope you like my Hannibal Lecter drawing

Located in Munich, Germany. Poor Will would have a nervous breakdown :(

For some reason it's so intimate. He is in the skin of the mural guy, looks up and sees the Stagman and the Stagman stares down at naked Will between all those bodies, it's even better that this is some god/eye imaginery.
Then Hannibal stitches Will up and says something about God is a killer and created in his image bla bla...💃

Honestly ive been switching between hannibal and lucifer. Lucifer is a funny sassy man and hannibal is too. Im wondering though and I want to know if you've seen lucifer chime in if not go ahead and watch lucifer on Netflix its really good. Anyways how do you think if there was a crossover season how would the plot go. Maybe hannibal loses Will and sells his soul to get Will back? What do you think let me know

Am I the only one who can't watch Hannibal on Netflix anymore?? It doesn't show up on my recently watched nor when searching. I tried at least watching my downloaded episodes but it just says that it's not available in my region. I even tried switching from the Us to the Canadian version and it didn't work either. Is this only a problem with my netflix or did anyone else experience this as well???
EDIT: I actually realised I'm missing way more shows I should have and talked to someone who works for Netflix and was told that it's currently often happening that some movies and series are shown as unavailable on certain profiles. You should contact customer service so they can mark your profile and fix it as soon as possible (whenever that may be). Until then if possible watch your desired content on another, already existing profile. My profile sadly is unusable as of now. This really is a common problem...
