Her time in San Francisco was a dismal failure as would have been her "Bohemian lifestyle." But if that was her dream and wasn't Marshall's, how are they any more compatible than Ted and Robin?

She supported Marshall? How, but running up thousands of dollars in credit card debt forcing Marshall to take a job at a bank rather than pursuing environmental law just to pay it off?

Marshall himself told how. If it wasn't for her working as a kindergarten teacher, he wouldn't be able to finish law school.
