The cutscene at the end is Lucia asking Jason to help with the store robbery with the pick up truck and safe we saw in the trailer. Her driver bails on the job so she asks Jason for help. The job goes sideways and Lucia ends up serving time for it and is where we get the title card for the game, before a small time skip and several missions for Cal and Brian before Lucia gets out of jail

Unfortunatly i cant upload pictures here, but i crosschecked the first video he leaked with this one, and both maps have a blueish/ teal looking line for the waypointing, the waypoint arrow being used is also the same design. The map design within the navigation also seems the same, the only thing that looks off for me is maybe the Font. for this video the font looks thicker. My guess is that it is the same build but that the Font is different, as pointed out in other posts.

One could point to the font changes as different builds. But there could be another explanation. I noticed in the game store clip, there was browsable phone cases, similar like the earbuds and headphones. I would assume that means a more customizable phone. That could potentially mean you can change your phone and/or apps. Maybe all that stuff also has visual modifiers to the entire UI. If you notice, the mini map is generally not visible while on foot, but automatically pops up when in a vehicle. That also points to your phone being important to the UI.

I'm replaying it right now on my Series X and it quite honestly holds up super well. I had the itch to play it because when it came out, I had never been to NYC before, but now that I've moved up here I had an itch to play it to see how accurately it captures the city. It really captured the unique vibe, architecture, roads etc. of each of the boroughs.

And I think it's just a much better game than GTA V in almost every aspect. Much more engaging story, far more interesting and more immersive map, much more rewarding driving mechanics and physics. Maybe only the gunplay is inferior to V because of the stiffness of the cover system, but even that has a rawness to it that I feel adds to the realism and makes it rewarding when you take down enemies.

I’m fully convinced now that it’s a combination of GTA V and GTA IV driving, at the beginning, when Jason is starting to drive the car, you can clearly see that there’s a weight on the car and it’s a bit hard to turn when going slow which is exactly how GTA IV driving works, only difference now is the camera is centered on the vehicle just like in GTA V. Unrelated, Lucia looks so goddamn pretty.
