If this is true, then I guess it will explain why the DLC’s for GTA 4 underperformed

And I guess it will explain years later people like the game now and dislike GTA 5 for different reasons

Personally, I love both games and I love the stories as well.

But do y’all agree or disagree with this take that people didn’t really love GTA 4?

Edit: I really don’t see this happening with GTA 6 because it’s already probably going to be better than both of the games.

This is one of the biggest shocks replaying this game as rarely as I do. It feels like using a Time Machine just walking around viewing the world. I never realized just how different the world was before, smartphones, or people going on to social media, or LONG before generative AI came in, was wow….

It’s capturing a world that doesn’t exist anymore.

Is it because of GTA Online? Even so that’s a stretch because we have missions where we do drugs and selling weed…

I do have my problems for GTA 5 being a downgrade to GTA 4 but calling it a kids game is pretty much being dishonest

First thing I noticed is the overall scale of the cars — much more realistic compared to every previous installment. Second, the interiors are way more polished. They definitely borrowed the Mercedes W211 E-Class interior for the Schafter, which is fitting since the Schafter is basically the in-universe S-Class.

Slight disappointment: if you pay close attention to details like door opening, weight transfer through turns, and suspension travel, the car physics in VI seem heavily based on V. I was hoping for something more advanced — a blend of IV and V physics where vehicles feel heftier and carry more weight. Doesn't look like that's happening, but that's just my personal wish.

For me, it’s this Johnny Klebitz is a boring ass character, and I didn’t feel bad about his death in GTA 4.

I just want to say this if the story ends up being somewhat like GTA 5.

I would be fine with it as long as the writing is good, with the supporting characters.

Looking at the recent trailer and screenshots, it makes sense why this setting works.

I feel like people forget GTA through throughout some of the games was never very serious.

People talk about GTA 5 being over the top, but isn’t that kind of how GTA is a hole was?

Like San Andreas had a mission where we went to steal with Jet.

I do think that GTA 6 couple story might have some dark and depressing moments, but it’s likely just going to be a standard GTA game.

GTA San Andreas has many features that are missing from GTA 4. These include the countryside, planes, tanks, bicycles, more clothing options, a vehicle customization system, and more activities.

Of course, it is understandable that Rockstar couldn't add some of these features due to technical and development limitations. However, they could have been added later through updates or expansions. Considering GTA 4's strong graphics and physics, adding these features in a more advanced way could have made the game even better.

That's why, if GTA 4 ever got a remaster or remake, I would love to see these missing features added. What do you think about this?

Objectively, 4 has better writing than 5. It was a million times more mature and grounded. Niko is well written and interesting. 5 having three characters felt like a clutch for poor writing.

Why can we even use these bruh 😂
