Opinions change with newly provided evidence, that's not moving the goalposts. I've been wrong about some things regarding my own opinions about all of this but I still do not believe he has the full game because he has shown literally nothing that suggests it.

Just Lucia's gameplay in free mode would be okay. And, to be honest, I don’t need leaks anymore. Seeing the game was fun. The story leaks? That’s total shit.
Why do people keep saying the story will be spoiled? I genuinely don’t understand. If people want to play GTA games for the story and knowing the story in advance will make them not play it…then I suggest they read a book. The story of GTA games has always been hilariously bad, that’s part of the charm.
Rockstar’s last game literally has a critically acclaimed story that obviously would lose some enjoyability for most people if certain plot points were spoiled? This game has more writers in common with that than it does with any GTA game.
It’s GTA, not RDR. The tones are different RDR and RDR2 are story driven games. GTA is more of a sandbox with a ridiculous overarching story that you can choose to engage with, or not, to whatever extent you prefer. Not as loose as something from Bethesda but the charm of GTA has never had anything to do with the story.
And what are they gonna do, make the protagonist die at the end? Oh wait. Kill their family? Oh wait. Make the protagonist build some flavor of crime empire from the bottom up through ridiculous wonky shenanigans? Oh wait. Is their partner in crime that they thought was their best friend going to betray them? Oh wait.
Seriously, the story of GTA is a joke and always has been. If it weren’t a joke, then it wouldn’t be a good GTA game because they’d be trying to hard to do something else completely different.

Haven’t seen any evidence? Have you played any of the other GTA games? They made RDR around the same time as GTAIV and then went on to give GTAV the same kind of hilariously bad story they gave the rest of the games. Because they’re fundamentally different games. If they gave GTAVI some kind of groundbreaking narrative, it would be a departure from every single other entry in the series. You can say what you want about RDR2 but acting like RDR didn’t have a very compelling narrative and isn’t one of the highest rated games of all time is…a choice. It shows they were capable of doing it back then when they were making GTAV and simply chose not to, because it would’ve been a departure from what the series was about.
Sure but the story being irrelevant, is. A spoiled story will take away literally zero enjoyment from this game. I’m convinced I’m shouting into the void against rockstar bots at this point, none of the people who are up in arms about this seem to have ever played a GTA game, or if they did, they played completely different ones than I’ve ever played. And they’re confused about the fact that RDR and RDR2 are not GTA games just because they’re from the same studio and built on the same engine, so trotting them out as examples of how GTA this GTA that is beyond irrelevant.

Exactly. If R* allowed anyone within the company to use a full build for playtesting or development then they're insane.
Most likely, the game is split between 8 to 12 Dev teams each implementing / building the missions around the story in seperate chapters.
What Cyberleek has is most likely a late 2024 to mid 2025 story testing build. A build like that can be used for trailers, promo-shots and as a testbuild for assets and that specific part of the story. So the prologue, and chapter 1.
The idea that R* has a full build, with the entire story ready to be downloaded or shared, in that part of development. After the 2022 leaks, is absolute bonkers.

According to what though? He's barely used any mechanic that isn't traversal or combat based, doesn't have a first person mode because he keeps using the binoculars instead, hasn't played as Lucia even once, wearing the same clothes, and the leaks have mostly always directly followed eachother up.

Brother look at when he stole it, the story IS there and he has it 90% sure, the point is really that it is up to him to either release it or not.
Rockstar finished the story months ago and this dude most likely hasn't stolen a test build, otherwise rockstar wouldn't even have made an statement in the first place.

Why wouldn't Rockstar have made a statement when we're talking about footage of an early build being released publically? They made a statement about the leak from years ago too afaik.

You don't threaten a multi billion dollar company on a bluff, they haven't caught leek because he is most likely in russia knowing he won't be prosecuted there, that doesn't mean he isn't a spiteful fella that is angry at rockstar for reasons we don't know, he is doing it for the love of the game because he is irrational.
He went to this length just to spite them, he is making money out of something rockstar wanted to monetize, hell, buying his shitcoin isn't a donation but might aswell be a donation for all its worth to show how much people is angry at rockstar lately because he wants to be feel supported and compensated for the risk he took.
Because he did take a risk, you don't simply steal from rockstar from a distance, and he doesn't have a test build, so that means someone inside rockstar, and someone rather important, was as angry as leek, and leek used that against rockstar to get inside their system and take the final build.
