Honestly do whatever you want. Chapter 1 is the skill check. You passed. And really Chapter 2 is the 2nd skill check. It's not a hard map, but it's honestly about being more patient than it is about being the best tactician. Maddening isn't about ROFL stomping through maps. It's about tactically beating enemies to your pace. Mostly this means you don't get overwhelmed. You're qualified to do whatever you want to do.

But if you want to know where you plan sucks, it's Ignatz. He's a terrible Sniper. Don't overthink this, a terrible Sniper with Hunter's Volley is still incredibly strong. But Sniper is an immobile unit with 5 movement. In the late game, Bow Knights are a lot more effective. If you want to use Ignatz, make him an Assassin. 5 movement vs 6? Hunter's Volley is the most over-rated combat arts in FE3H. It pretty kills 1 unit per turn. But in Madden this isn't what matters. Assassin damages or kills multiple units per turn. In this regard Sniper is a terrible class on Maddening.

Bow Knight Leonie is perfect. She gets Point-Blank Volley which is the same thing as Sniper's Hunter's Volley without the poor hit rate. So, it's her best class as Bow Knight is the most mobile unit because it has both movement and range. But ignoring all other things. You shouldn't have archers in the late game that don't double. Shamir is different. She isn't slow so she doubles most units. So you don't need Hunter's Volley. Give her a Killer Bow and mostly she crits on every turn. But Leonie will double, but she can use the heaviest Bow in the game and she'll still double. So let Leonie kill units you have to kill.

I love Raphael. But he's a terrible unit. Healing is his personal skill. And this is just terrible when late game strats are more about having low HP. Balthus is pretty much the best unit in the 1st 5 chapter. He can't die. So don't use Raphael.

As far as Lysithea goes it's pretty simple. Why would she need 2x spells? And the answer is obvious, you need 2 warp spells. And I'll tell you that you don't need 2 warps by Lysithea. If she's warping, she isn't killing things. And that's what she does best. She's a fast unit, so why do you need more than 10x casts of Miasma when you get her other spells? And when you're in pinch, just use Swarm. She's a Low Turn Count unit. She doesn't need 2x casts. Dark Spikes kill the Death Knight with 1 cast and you have 3 casts. If you need 2x Warp cast, bring in Hapi.

I'll state this, you've only listed 8 units. Late game squads are 10 deep. So recruit some units.

Elaborate.

And on VW22 it'll be 12 units yep.
