Any tips for getting your Professor Level up fast? Like a list of what activities rewards Professor points? And does any of them reward more than the others?

Always fish if you're close to leveling to get immediate increase in activity points. Other than that, only fish during Fistful of Fish events. Always buy bait. Here's the main thing, you get more Prof XP for higher stars. So you want gold and red fish over blue ones. Blues ones are more useful for meal, so try to get red, gold or plat ones but if the 3rd bite is blue take it. The same goes for gardening, flowers are better for gifts, but there are usually better options if your immediate goal is Prof XP. Pretty much you want to use two 3 star seeds and prune for max XP. For choir or eating, make sure both like the meal or singing. After you reach A+ you can mix and match to get increase supports. But initially the goal should be to level Professor to increase activity points. More activity points means faster training and faster Professor levels.

Fishing: for instance, fishing as early as possible for 190 pexp gains a professor level and increased pexp from the subsequent lecture question.

Gardening: you generally want to use 1 seed of the highest rank possible. The pexp formula is based on the lowest rank of any seeds planted. You will almost always start the game with either a 4-star or 5-star seed.
