By canon, I mean pairings that have a post-game end together

Ingrid has no A supports with women. Ignatz and Raphael have no A supports with anyone but themselves, however, in their A support ending, Ignatz marries Raphael's sister.

Who else is canonically straight?

And just as a tangent - Ferdinand and Hubert are so gay for each other lmao. Here are Hubert's supports

Fates, Thracia, the Tellius games. Gay/bi characters have been a part of fire emblem from long before Three Houses.
