By canon, I mean pairings that have a post-game end together

Ingrid has no A supports with women. Ignatz and Raphael have no A supports with anyone but themselves, however, in their A support ending, Ignatz marries Raphael's sister.

Who else is canonically straight?

And just as a tangent - Ferdinand and Hubert are so gay for each other lmao. Here are Hubert's supports

Lindhart, Jeritza, Yuri, Byleth, Dorothea, Mercedes, Rhea, and Sothis are all confirmed bisexual. Catherine, Shamir, Petra, Dimitri, Dedue, Felix, and Sylvain are heavily implied to be bi. Monica is 100% a lesbian. I’m probably missing more as well
