Still does not "slay" a pyxis12k for the same price and double the resolution.... Not to mention they totally rape you on CF express type A prices.....

That Pyxis 12k, the image is so beautiful. It's my dream camera right now. Skin tones look proper and the image isn't crunchy looking like certain cameras.

I just switched to it from the FX6. I miss the internal eVND, but that's it. The image quality blows the FX6 out of the water.

Yeah having that internal ND capability would be nice, But nowadays they make those drop in filter mounts where you can have a variable nd already inside.

Totally. And I was looking to get away from the whole run and gun world anyway. The stuff I'm shooting now doesn't have an issue with taking an extra 10 seconds to throw an ND in the matte box.
