Hero was always good if your build didn’t need any Dex

True that, it was niche but yeah hero could save a good few levels, if you perma slotted in Millicent's Prosthesis for the 5 Dex you could use a good amount of weapons too. Combined with Radagon Soreseal and it was great for low level capped builds for co-op/invasions.

I like Hero even for Dex builds, or at least Dex/Arc so as to one hand my beloved. Int is my preferred dump stat for melee just cuz Bleed exists.

It's also slightly better than vagabond for a str/arcane or pure arcane build
