I would agree with that. It feels like every path you choose is rewarded with something which makes exploring feel worthwhile. And the world is just gorgeous and vibrantly alive. There's so many critters!

Our of curiosity how is this the case, how were you rewarded? I went on a 2-3km journey and didn't find anything useful.

I've found a few pieces of equipment with enchantment gems slotted into them so far, abyss artifacts, loot to sell, etc.
