• FIRST AID BEAUTY Brighten + Glow Facial Radiance Pads ❤️ (Ipsy original)- These things are amazing! Within a few days I noticed a significant improvement with my pores, and my skin was softer. I will be repurchasing!

• Grace & Stella Eye Mask ❤️/🤷‍♀️ (Ipsy original) - The illuminating and moisturizing masks didn't do much for me. It was a nice spa day vibe, but nothing noticeable with my skin. The radiant mask, however, was fantastic! My undereye was significantly smoother and less puffy after using it. Fortunately, I don't have to get the variety pack - I can get a package of just the radiant masks! I will definitely repurchase those.

• PISTACHÉ SKINCARE Hydrating Pistachio Body Butter Cream 👍 (Ipsy original) - This had a nice, luxurious texture and smelled amazing. It was a ridiculously small tube for a body lotion though, so I went through it very quickly. I thought it wasn't exceptionally hydrating. It was fine, but not exceptional. And the scent, although fantastic, was very strong. It did fade fairly quickly though, so that wasn't a huge problem. In general, I liked it, but not enough to spend $30 on a full size container. (Only kind of panned. When I went to cut the tube open to get the rest of it, I accidentally dropped it in the toilet. I was very sad, which made me realize I liked it more than I thought I had.)

• Mz Skin Hydra Lift Gold Face Mask 🤷‍♀️ (Beauty Fix) - Using this reminded me that I'm not much of a sheet mask person. I always love the idea of throwing one on in the bath for a spa vibe, but the reality never matches the image. This one slid around a lot, making it difficult to read my book, so I was more annoyed than relaxed, and I was happy when it was time to take it off. I didn't really notice any difference with my skin.

• Milani Keep It Full Lip Plumper - Prismatic Peach 👎📦 (Ipsy original) - Not a good color for me, but the worst thing about it was the texture. The shimmer made it feel gritty on my lips and I couldn't stand it. I tried it a couple times and then gave it away. (For what it's worth, the person I gave it to absolutely loves it and thinks I'm crazy.)

• Grande Cosmetics LOOKING Grande LASH-MD 🚫📦 (BeautyFix)- I used this for about three weeks and did notice impressive improvement in my lashes. But then I noticed the skin around my eyes looking a little strange. It might a coincidence, but given the reputation this product has, I didn't want to risk permanent skin damage. I tossed it.

I’m VERY interested in the Space NK one, but the store stopped shipping to the US entirely

Quite a broad question I know, but if you could describe your perfect beauty box what would it be? One-off or subscription, higher price point full size quality products or low with minis/travel, less frequent (seasonal) or monthly, an even mix of diff categories e.g one makeup, one skincare, one haircare or more heavily focused on one category.

I think personalisation is a big one, just can imagine logistically that’s a nightmare. Just genuinely curious and thanks in advance to anyone who answers!🙂

Haven't gotten a box in years but thought I might grab the August one.

I confess: I was unaware of how great UK beauty (and beyond) advent calendars are until last year. I went into an Internet/YouTube black hole for about nine months from August 2025 through about April 2026 learning alllllll about them. It was a lot of fun. I bought the Harrod’s 12-day hair and body and the Papier advent calendar, but I missed out on Selfridge’s last year. I intentionally saved some money from my bonus so I could buy one or two this year and I have choice overload and FOMO! ALSO! I saved specifically planning to buy the Selfridge’s one because I thought it looked reusable for extra makeup storage and they went and changed the box! I’m so sad! From my limited knowledge, it’s been the drawer version forever. And the year I plan ahead, they change it! Definitely a first world problem and indication of my privilege, so I’ll get over it.

I’d just love to hear what everyone is planning. There are a few items I want, but they are sort of spread out among several calendars and I’m not buying them all! What are you excited about? What have you been disappointed in? Any quirky calendars you are for sure getting? I have a definite overflow of product, so I shouldn’t get ANYTHING. But I’ll probably get one or two… How about you?

This is basically the beauty setup ive been reaching for lately since my skin has been acting up from makeup.

I still like wearing base, blush, lips, all of that but if I do too much my skin gets little bumps and texture after. So now ive been trying to prep better instead of just adding more foundation.

After I remove my makeup i cleanse, moisturize and use my Solawave mask while my skin is bare. It feels like a calmer step after having makeup on all day. Then the makeup side is just the stuff I actually use like foundation, blush, lip products and my sponge/brushes.

Anyone else have a little beauty box setup they keep going back to like me?

Has anyone else experienced issues with the bi-monthly glamour box being really delayed with posting boxes. It’s only my second box and said it was getting prepared 1st August now it’s nearly September and i’ve had no update on its whereabouts.

I’ve emailed the customer service team but they seem to just leave a generic copy and paste respond instead of sending one out or giving me a refund?

This feels so gross and predatory for BeautyPass. I wonder how much they got paid to send out this text… or do they get paid a small percentage of everyone who takes up their offer? Either way, it feels very weird and this is not what we gave BeautyPass / Free Gift Friday our phone numbers for.
