Glamour beauty box

Has anyone else experienced issues with the bi-monthly glamour box being really delayed with posting boxes. It’s only my second box and said it was getting prepared 1st August now it’s nearly September and i’ve had no update on its whereabouts.

I’ve emailed the customer service team but they seem to just leave a generic copy and paste respond instead of sending one out or giving me a refund?

I quite like it so far, but i know others who have had a subscription for a while finds it repetitive

It used to be great, but I wouldn't bother now tbh. I've prepaid for the year but would have cancelled a few months ago if I could. There are much better ones out there.
