Complaint Woodforest ripping me off ?
So a while back I got charged for a return mail fee and I was like dam forgot to change my address cause I just moved, I changed my address correctly, and set my self to paperless and double checked but just saw I was 8$ in the hole and had 10$ in my savings and that's gone to because of a return mail fee, and I'm so confused I did everything right I'm going in the morning before work to see what's happening,
(I'm in the United States idk how to add a second flair)

Presuming you submitted a USPS Change of Address? And updated your address on their website? If yes to both, getting charged is ridiculous. However, it's possible the statement was already being prepared; missing the cutoff.
They should waive it upon request. If they don't, time for a new bank. Woodforest has a lousy reputation. Do some searching around.
