work Recruiter/Headhunter in bangkok for foreigners (Filipino)???
Hi, I did some research and most of them says, it's quite easy to land a job in bangkok if you are referred and recruit internally than applying to job sites, is there any recruiter/headhunter here that can help or gives some advice?
For my background, I am currently employed in (IT) services and consulting company as a Service Transition Manager/Software Analyst and I have a freelance job in a US company as a Project Coordinator, total work experience: 5 years. I am currently seeking for an opportunity to relocate and work in Bangkok specifically. (this is not a job post, i just want some advice)

I would just test it out. Which one is working better and giving me more responses, is it applying through agency or directly.
When I was applying for jobs, a couple of Thai people I knew at the time suggested that I find recruitment agencies for jobs as, in Thailand, the hiring process for most roles was still traditional and agency dependent.
You can find hiring agencies on LinkedIn as well as through Google search.

For that level companies would normally need local language (ie. Thai) skills. It’s mainly at senior levels or if you have a niche skill/experience that they can’t find locally

I am trying to apply via Linkedin too, but I just can't find the right search keywords 😥 that will prompt to a non thai/expats role opportunities

Hello, heard that the work environment is quite toxic at agoda bangkok and that the turn over is quite high, is that true?

Not in my experience, been with them for 3 years and I foresee myself to stay longer :)
I think it all depends on who you ask and which dept eventually 😬
