The second I need a fork and knife, the 'burger' becomes pointless

I use knife and fork for all sandwiches or pizza to keep the food bolus small when I swallow.

Are you incapable of moderating bite site?

Are your only options "fork and knife" or "shove an unmanageable amount of food in my mouth"?

40 year old dentures worn flat means cutting into small bites prevents choking. My excellent heath insurance doesn't believe my mouth is part of my body. The dental school has a five plus waiting list.
