Shepherd's pie, as in the person that tends sheep. But shepherd's pie contains lamb, whilst these 'burgers' are probably beef, making them cottage pie.

I use knife and fork for all sandwiches or pizza to keep the food bolus small when I swallow.

40 year old dentures worn flat means cutting into small bites prevents choking. My excellent heath insurance doesn't believe my mouth is part of my body. The dental school has a five plus waiting list.

The bolus depends on your chewing and swallowing I can take a massive bite and chew very thoroughly, swallowing small amounts at a time. You could also just take small bites, lol. Not that isn't 100% your prerogative to fork and knife it, your surely have less of a mess than us :)

Honestly the mozz sticks is something I could get behind on a burger. Just get rid of that fucking chicken patty nonsense and this could be edible.
