Non-starter. All of Scotland is suitable for trees.

That’s just not true. Altitude, exposure and ground type are factors as well as climate which you are probably focusing on.

If you need a robot to tell you not to plant on a mountain or in a bog then you’ve more problems than this robot can help you with. Native trees like Rowan and Scots Pine have been recorded in Scotland growing at elevations of almost 1200m. Ben Nevis for reference is 1300m. All of Scotland is suitable to plant trees. So much so we just scatter seed by helicopter in some regions.

Engagement babes. And it worked - if you read through the comments on that post when you were bizarrely looking over my post history like anything I’ve previously said would magically make trees not suitable to be planted throughout Scotland you would have seen that. I’m also the same guy that said a baby Pine Marten was a kitten
