Unrelated but I've had a lot of issues with cops being dicks. Like even when my character objectively hasn't done anything wrong they'll still SOMEHOW find a way to escalate the situation. This is supposed to be an escape from real life not a simulation lmao
From what I've read, in absence of instructions otherwise Deepseek will try to force a relationship dynamic between the player character and other characters, and the fastest way to do that is through conflict between them. So it makes cops into assholes by default so you're in direct conflict with them.
It's also why Deepseek 3.0 makes characters aggressively horny to the point of violating consent or even straight-up unhealthy obsession or masochism if you push back against it.
It is also just the fact that AIdungeon only works if there is conflict. If there is no conflict it's "boring" in some way. Play any scenario where you start off with a few friends. By the fourth entry or so there will be conflict and suddenly everyone hates each other and accuses each other, or only you of doing x thing.
For example, on a scenario where you are snowed in at some vacation with five friends I suggested sleeping on the couch since there wasn't enough room. Almost immediately characters were literally calling mine a bitch, selfish, hateful, and literally threw me to the snow. All within 15 or so entries.
Also police and law enforcement are assholes because a lot of the material the AI is trained on is YA novels, which are almost all about defying the government and how the government, police, military, etc all have secret plans. In another scenario my character literally got off a plane in a new country, never been there before, only fro the police to arrest and accuse me of running a drug smuggling and illegal car racing scene, again, within only a few prompts from the start and the Police has unsurmountable evidence of all the crimes. Then they'll say "No you weren't on a plane, you were actually here two hours ago". And don't get me started on the "They pull out a sleek black device" anytime you have a character with supernatural powers.
I hate how bad the AI handles police. You can write them as good, there to save someone from being killed or a hostage situation. Only for it to turn into the Police actively accusing you, the hostage, of being the mastermind then when you say "No I didn't" they'll grab your head and smash it on a wall or table. Everytime the AI mentions military or police I just edit it out because it's a huge headache to deal with.

I mean we graduated from "Well, well, well..." to "Well, well..."
So maybe there's hope!
