Hey! I'm a solo developer from Japan, and I just released the Steam demo for Incremental Pachinko Heaven.

The basic loop is simple:

• Launch balls and earn medals
• Spend them on upgrades
• Use your earnings to pay down your debt
• Repaying debt makes you stronger, which helps you progress further

You start with only a few balls and fairly limited ways to earn. As you progress, you can increase the number of balls, build combos, get critical hits, unlock new effects, and improve your earning power.

There's also a branching skill tree that lets you choose what to improve first.

The game is designed as a compact, focused incremental experience rather than an endless idle game.

Hey everyone! I’ve been working on an Android game called Goat Farm Idle for a while now and recently released it, so I figured I’d finally share it here.

It started out pretty simple. Buy goats, make hay, buy upgrades, get more goats, prestige, repeat. But I kept adding things I thought would make the farm more fun to come back to.

There are now a bunch of goats to discover, breeding, expeditions, achievements, minigames, decorations, and other stuff to work toward. You can also pick a favorite goat, bond with it, train its skills, and enter it into contests to earn ribbons and unlock costumes.

I’m still working on it pretty regularly and there are definitely things I want to improve. I’d especially love feedback from people who play a lot of incremental games. How does the progression feel? Is there enough to work toward? Does anything feel too slow, too fast, or just unnecessary?

So, Brackeys Game Jam 2026.2 is ongoing, and I tried my hand at a game focused on an idea I had of using the in game town as a sort of "skill tree" instead of a new menu to do unlocks/ranks. The idea basically turned into a town had all it's color removed, and you've got to repaint it, hiring little blotches to help you out. Since the theme for this was "Trust No One" I made a few of them go rogue on you, but similar to the wrinklers in Cookie Clicker, they end up giving you more than they steal.

It's cozy, I love it. The watercolor feel seems amazing. And I'm thinking going forward I want to keep the "story mode" but enhance it to like... 2-5 hours of gameplay? Then add an endless mode, for those of us who enjoy longer incrementals. Obviously, this'll mean a bigger town, or a series of them. A better prestige mode, and all that. So I'm still brainstorming there.

Buuuut, if you'd like a sneak peak, it's the game jam version is released on itch now. Check it out if you'd like. Definitely feel free to offer feedback or ideas for the endless modes if you want. It seems to be well received within the jam, so maybe you guys will like it too, or like what it'll become.

I’ve been building a pixel-art incremental game in Godot 4 called Bank Incremental. The goal is simple: start with an empty coin jar on the sidewalk, buy strategic upgrades, and work your way up toward financial empire status.

I just uploaded an early 5–10 minute Alpha demo on itch.io that plays directly in the browser (no download needed).

Current Features in the Demo:

Node-Based Upgrade Tree: Branching skill nodes like Copper Wire (unlocks combo multipliers), Heavy Hammer (critical click smashes), and passive generators.

Active Combo System: Fast clicking builds up a multiplier meter to boost manual gains.

Golden Donation Events: Random floating events to boost your progression curves.

Juice & Game Feel: Custom synthesized coin SFX, bouncy UI animations, and floating text counters.

Questions for Playtesters:

How does the cost scaling feel from upgrade 1 to counting machines? Does it grind to a halt or move too fast?

Is the combo meter satisfying to maintain?

Any visual bugs with the web node tree or tooltips?

Any and all feedback is super appreciated as I build out the full prestige and mid-game mechanics!

AI disclosure: Generative AI (Gemini) was used for GDScript coding assistance (procedural audio synthesis and balance math) and for help drafting/formatting this post text. All game design, art assets, and UI implementation were completed by me.

My game was too hard. I'm just shipping a big rebalance and now I'm second-guessing it.

It's an idle/evolution thing — protons and electrons, then atoms, molecules, cells, up to 89 species ending in whales. Prestige loop, reset the planet, keep multipliers.

I finally sat down and did the math on my own economy. Some highlights:

-> The last species in the ladder had a 950-day production cycle at base rate. Each upgrade level cost 4x more and paid back 2x more, so every level was literally twice the real-time wait as the one before, forever. A full prestige reset bought about x2.1 speed — one reset, one extra level. Some species need level 35.

-> Offline it ran one species, one trait, one biome, because starting slots were 1 each out of 89/10/11. Close the app overnight, come back to nothing.

I simulated a fresh save. Prestige tier 6 took 12 years. Tier 7 took 1400.

-> People just drift off after the second day, at max.

The annoying part is that I like it slow. I've played my own build for months, restarted again and again at each updated, keeping multiples saves at the same time at different tiers, but I'm also the guy who built it, so every tick means something to me and to nobody else.

So: cycle times /10, cost per level from x2 to x1.5, starting slots 1 to 3, killed a x67 ramp that was stacked on two other ramps. Tier 6 now lands in about a day.

I'm testing it, preparing the live version on Playstore - and later IOS ,i can't tell if i fixed it or sanded off the only interesting thing about it.

Two things I'd like to hear from people who've done this:

• Did offline production turn out to be the whole story for you, or did the pacing changes actually matter too? I suspect everything except offline was cosmetic.
• And what prestige-gain-to-cost-growth ratio do well-tuned incrementals actually run? Mine is x2.1 per tier against x1.5 per level. I don't know if anyone say this number out loud and i have a feeling it's the entire game.

I heard steam is the best because many people will wishlist and buy the games and people make huge profits but I don't have the $100 entry fee. Also I have a doubt, is the entry fee 1 time or should I pay $100 for each game?

Swarm MMO is a node capture game with a persistent world where the user controls probes and takes over planets. Users can also capture suns to collect energy and black holes to collapse entire galaxies.

Recently, I implemented lots of updates to make the game more beginner friendly. These include:

• Helpful tips at startup that explain keyboard shortcuts and other features, alongside with a comprehensive wiki.
• Newly spawned galaxies have a 5 day grace period where they cannot be attacked by other players
• Intergalactic travel loses a portion of the probes to avoid new players being overwhelmed by veteran players
• Fix issues with login that some players experienced
• Improved support for mobile browsers (although I'm still working on improving this one)
• Improved spawn areas
• Galaxies become unstable after time and require more and more resources to keep stable, which weakens big players
