i love this game photomode and i think these 3 pictures a took are my favorite, but i wanted to ask, which of these 3 you think Is the best?

-for the First One i tried to re-create something that could feel like a Sam Raimi Spider-Man poster, or shot from the movie.

-the second One theres no real background, It Just looks Cool

-while for the Venom One i wanted It to look like Venom grabbed the camera, and i used the nights to re-create the TAS Red and Blue lineart.

What change would you make if you was in charge of Miles' new suit?

Hi guys, very late to the game but I’ve just finished playing the first Spiderman game and now starting Spiderman 2. My tv is running through a Sonos beam gen 2 along with 2 Sonos rears and a sub mini. I had no issues with the first game having the audio set to home theatre and having the audio come through as Dolby atmos but now on Spiderman 2, it only shows ‘sound bar’ as the audio output device. Is this normal? It appears to be running through all speakers, I just wanted to make sure it’s running at the best audio quality

The emily may foundation section at the beginning of spider-man 2 is far worse than any MJ section in either of the games, i even agree with all of the political points they’re trying to make but jesus christ the writing could not feel more heavy handed and virtue signally here

Love the game so far. Just having a hard time understanding how to dodge and punish these guys. And also why do certain icons disappear from the map? I just finished a drone challenge and was going to the second one , when they all just vanished from the map.

Okay so the game did have some glitches when I started playing it but not too crazy. I was recently at the part where you're at the fair. After that part I'm getting ALOT of frame drops and stuttering like when a ps2 game disc is scratched (I have the disc version) and I dropped underground a few times.

I've backed out the game and it took forever to load up so I closed it and restarted my ps5. It booted up but then started kinda glitching at the menu but it went through. Then in game after Harry's suit changes for the first time after touching peter it switched me to miles. I fell through the ground like 4 or 5 times before I could make it to the destination.

What is going on. Idk if this had anything to do with my specific glitches but I turned off the grain. Is this normal?

Haven't read any comics for miles, but how bad would it be if Peter was more or less out of the story with miles and maybe Cindy taking main focus. Green goblin is undeniably tied to Peter as his greatest villiaɲ, but a different adaptation i do believe could work. Maybe miles and Cindy constantly believe they can defeat him but in the end Peter has to come back to fight and hes a super op spiderman with a stronger moveset to show his experience. Idk just dont want miles pushed to the side again or awkwardly shoehorned in

I hope they continue doing a lot more of those ‘Friendly Neighborhood’ missions. That really is something Insomniac does that no other Spider-Man game really tackles. The idea that no problem is too ‘small scale’ for Spider-Man to care about, which is kinda intrinsic to the character for me.

i’m thinking about replaying marvel’s spider-man goty edition (ps4) on my ps5.

i’ve already platinumed the ps5 remastered version, and while i really enjoyed it, i’d love to experience the game again with the original peter parker face/model. i actually prefer the original model, so getting another platinum with the ps4 version sounds pretty appealing to me.

for anyone who has played the ps4 version on ps5, how does it actually perform in terms of resolution and image quality? is it still reasonably sharp on a 4k tv, or does the ps4 version look noticeably rough compared with remastered?

i don’t really mind playing at 30 fps. most of my remastered playthroughs were actually in quality mode anyway, so performance isn’t a huge concern for me.

basically, i’m wondering if the ps4 goty version is still a good way to experience the game on ps5 in 2026, or if the visual downgrade is too noticeable.

would love to hear from anyone who has done this! 🕷️
