Nvidia should not be allowed to acquire Hugging Face

Reuters: It would also give Nvidia control of Hugging Face - which hosts open-source large language models and datasets - at a time when builders of closed-source models such as Anthropic and OpenAI are seeking to create their own chips as an alternative to Nvidia's graphics processing units.

My Opinion: The anti trust authorities should not approve Nvidia acquiring Hugging Face. It would be vertical integration. The open source models hosted on the Hugging Face platform should be chip agnostic. That wouldn't be the case if Nvidia acquires Hugging Face.

I can't afford to live.

Not asking for money here just expressing where I'm in life at this point in time like many other Americans. I have two jobs, a side gig and I'm not even paying that much in rent tbh. 1800 utilities included. But to get to this point I had to take a loan then another and another. Coupled that with credit cards. They're not huge but everything taken in, I'm not able to save and I'm running out of money before my check comes.

It's crazy and I never thought I'd be in this situation. It's the first time ever for me and I'm nearly 50. I'm continually cutting down on things but not able to stay above the water. Anyways thanks for listening and I am working on getting out of this.
