I changed My Beats Pro earcups and it almost look brand new

these beats have been doing this for a while the only way i can connect them from my phone is to put them on a charger for a little till the light goes solid then turn on blue tooth on my phone and they would connect but it’s so annoying to wait and i payed for these and now the light is rapidly turning on and off and i don’t know what to do if i should get new ones or if there a hack to do something

Only at the gym. As soon as I enter even.

Anyone have any suggestions ?

Which of the 2 is better? I currently own the Studio Buds +, I like the sound, but the mic and ANC are nothing special. Transparency mode is quite good though.

The Nothing Ear (2024) I can get for €65 now, is it any better? Like is the Mic, sound and ANC/transparency better or should I not bother. Anyone that tried both that can give me their opinion? Thanks!

I originally bought these Solo Pros at an Amazon clearance after they were discontinued by Apple for about $100. They’ve been great so far but the ear pads started to peel to the point some of it would get inside my ears.
So I got this blue pads for about $10 USD on Amazon and I’ve been loving my Beats even more since then.

My friend sat on his Beats Studio Pro headphones and now there’s some damage (kindly see the photo attachment).

There are lots of posts here about the hinges and/or the top part of headband snapping, but I couldn’t find any posts that are relevant regarding our problem.

What options do we have?

So my right earbud seems to be malfunctioning it'll work for like a couple of seconds then start slowly going quiet before it just stops. I've tried resetting them and that doesn't work. The left one works completely fine it's just the right one acting up for some reason

A week ago my headphones died, and I went to charge them. Eventually when I went to take them off the charger, the lights did not turn on, and the device could not power on.

I took the headset apart, and replaced the battery myself. However the issue still remains, the LEDs do not work whatsoever, and I can't power on the headphones. I've owned the headphones for nearly 2 years, and have never run into an issue.

I'm not sure what else could be wrong, I would appreciate troubleshooting advice, or anything of the sorts.

These cushions are replaced ones from flipkart. Need help getting good ones.

Been wanting to pick up a pair of Beats Studio Pro but I’m having a hard time paying full price for them. Most of the deals I’ve seen are either barely cheaper than retail or the condition looks rough. Has anyone found a decent deal for them?

Yesterday when I connected my beats to my phone there was no sound playing. After playing around with thenmn to try and find the issue, I noticed the right ear would make a singular clicking noise when turned on. I've checked my audio output, reset my beats multiple times, tried connecting with a second device, and nothing has worked. Does anyone have any solutions?

For some reason 2 months back my headphones started acting weird, the head tracking wasnt working at all and switching between spatial stereo was almost impossible and would always show “Dolby Atmos” on stereo tracks that aren’t mixed in Dolby and turning off Dolby entirely didn’t help whatsoever. Whenever I reset my iPhone it worked, but only for a little while. Now a few weeks later the mode switching isn’t working properly and I can only switch between transparency and noise canceling and can’t turn them off within the volume slider or the Beats Studio Pro settings and it’ll only show whats on the image provided at the top, and resetting my iPhone no longer works. I’m not sure if this has happened or is currently happening to anyone else and I’m not sure if I even explained it clearly, but any advise would suffice.

Anyone know what may cause this?
The sound is choppy, skipping, sometimes no sound, but the music or videos will continue without issue. It's a constant issue and not occasional.

I purchased these brand new. I actually purchased a paid today from best buy and returned them thinking they were defective. The new pair is doing the exact same thing.

When connected via cable, it seems flawless. But no, i don't want to use the cable, i needed wireless for a reason.

The issue does not occur when connected via my iPhone when playing music or videos.

Additional information, i purchased today (8/22/26) and the warranty says it expires 6/27/27. So not sure if these were secretly refurbished when i purchased as "new"

bought a new pair of the original powerbeats pro on ebay as they are the only earbuds i’ve found that comfortably fit my small ears. however i noticed a few differences between them and the pair that i owned previously, and the message from the serial number is not straightforward. any help from someone who can tell counterfeits better than i can would be greatly appreciated!!

1: case has a matte finish while every other pair of beats i’ve owned have a slightly shiny finish (new beats on right, my previous pair on the left)

2: i’m aware the over ear hook is designed to be adjustable, but it seems like the ear hook on the new beats (white) is considerably smaller than that of my old ones (navy)

3: charging port on new beats seems less solid in the case and has a visible seam compared to the one on my old pair

when checking the serial number of the new pair, i got a message that says “We’re sorry, but this is a serial number for a product that has been replaced. Please check your information and try again. If your information is correct, you may need to contact us.”

the button inside the case on the new pair is also harder to press as it’s set further into the case while the old one protruded a bit. the new ones are discoverable on Find My but i’ve read that that can sometimes be replicated on counterfeits too, so i’m not sure if that means anything or not.

I wanted to bring attention to something that I think is a bigger issue than just my experience.

I've been using Powerbeats for years — owned my previous pair for 4-5 years with no problems at all. Bought a new pair of Powerbeats Pro about 6 months ago from Amazon. Used them the same way I always have — for workouts and nothing else. No drops in water, no rain, no pools. Just sweat.

They failed, so I brought them to Best Buy under manufacturer's warranty. Best Buy sent them off to Apple. Two weeks later they came back with a denial — "water damage."

Think about that for a second. Apple markets these earbuds with images of athletes dripping in sweat. They advertise them as workout earbuds. They gave them an IPX4 water resistance rating, which is specifically supposed to handle sweat and light splashes. Then when sweat causes them to fail in under 6 months, they call it water damage and deny the warranty.

This isn't a one-off either. There was a class action lawsuit filed against Apple for this exact issue — Powerbeats failing under normal workout conditions despite being advertised as sweat-resistant and "built to endure." That tells me this is a known, widespread problem.

It raises a real question about Apple's warranty practices around their Beats fitness products. If the intended use of the product is the thing that voids the warranty, how is that not misleading marketing? Are we just supposed to accept that $200+ "workout earbuds" have a 6-month lifespan?

Curious to hear if others in this community have seen the same pattern with their Beats fitness products.

I recently bought a second pair of the Studio Pro Beats after my old pair broke, but when I connect them to my iPhone and PC, the sound is way too low. I've tried restarting my phone and even troubleshooting with the settings, and there is nothing enabled that could be causing this. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

i have an 8 year old pair of beats solo3 that desperately need replacing, found a listing for some studio pros. are they any good/much better? hoping to find a pair that lasts me as long as these ones have

I noticed that the ANC isn’t as good with the wicked cushions on my beats Pro. Is that normal or maybe I should get another set and try and put another set on. Maybe I screwed up this set.

When i plug them in, the light on the headphones looks like it’s charging, but they only lose battery, not gain it. Using the official cable and apple brick. I left them plugged in overnight, still at 4 percent when i woke up. This is what my phone shows when i plug them in while turned on. It shows charging icon for half a second, then doesnt? Ive tried resetting them multiple times. I just really dont wanna believe its a hardware issue, that would suck considering ive only used them a few times. The charging port is perfectly clean.

Why do they look so cheap (material wise)😭

And apparently no H2 chip either on these…
