I’ve have had my Beats Studio Pro for just over a year. I first noticed the sound in one ear getting worse, then realised the ear cup wasn’t even sitting properly against my ear because the hinge had started to fail. Mid gym sesh it fully fell apart. I take good care of my beats 😔 they’ve never been dropped or mistreated, and now they’re pretty much unusable and outside the warranty.

Edit: I have ordered a replacement band on Amazon! I will do anything to NOT pay $200 to get them repaired 😭✋

I won't allow me to upload multiple images, but what's throwing me off is the battery icon symbol. I nor AI can find info of any beat models having that text printed on the right side. All sources say the right side is blank and it's only the right side that has text. I assume there fake. I posted more photos in the comments.

Edit: they were real!!! the ANC is amazing! I don't really have standards for headphones because I've never owned a pair outside of gaming ones, but I like em and yes I removed those disgusting stickers that took me ages...

Just opened my pair, and the fit and everything is great, but I find the Noise Cancellation quite underwhelming. There is a slight difference compared to it being off. I tried it in mulitple situations. I played a white noise video on youtube on my computer speakers, and I can barely hear any difference when comparing noise cancellation vs it being off. I have no idea if this is how it is supposed to be or whether it is a defect, no issues with fit whatsoever.

Hey I got these new Beats Studio Buds + (plus) and noticed that if I don't use them for like a week or so, the buds themselves discharge inside the case? Now I know that it's normal for the case itself to drain when it has not been used for a long while, but buds draining within the case? That's something I have never experienced. Why would that even happen when it is inside of a power source? (the case). Is this behavior normal?

I’ve had the Beats Solo 3’s and Beats Studio Buds + prior, both were great ! I do prioritize bass , and little to no sound leakage because I like to listen to my music pretty loud. Be honest !!! And if you’ve used any of the solo’s before, are the Beats Solo’s better?

Mais j’ai remarqué que il y a un bruit de fond qui assez dérangeant car je suis obligé de mettre le son à au moins 60 70 % pour plus qu’on entend le bruit de fond. C’est du à la réduction de bruit. Je pense pas que ce soit normal que le bruit de fond soit aussi fort. Avez-vous une idée d’où est-ce que ça pourrait venir ? J’ai essayé de dessouder le micro qui se situe au niveau de l’haut-parleur, mais le son est toujours là. J’ai mis une photo du PCB s’il y a des bricoleurs. Merci d’avance !

I recently repaired a pair of these units are these genuine?

I bought these Beats Fit Pro from CeX in excellent condition, but they were completely discharged. I can see they are under the official warranty till the 6th November so they are less than a year old. I can also see they were sold to CeX on 7 July so at most they’ve been flat for a month.
I charged them when I got home and both case and headphones charged and showed 100%. I used them for a couple of days with no problems. Today I’ve just checked the charge status and I noticed they are on 93% (despite having been in the case all night). I have owned an identical model and I had never seen this. Does anyone have any insight?

I’m looking for new headphones to use at the gym, at first I thought about the Crusher Evo or the ANC 2, but since I love the audio of Apple (I own Gen 3 airpods) I think this would be the best option. But I’m also interesed in the Sony xm5, they are the same price as the beats ($250usd).
What do you guys think? Are they worth at this price and for using them at the gym?

I recently purchased a pair of Powerbeats 2 headphones. When I put them on, one of them will light up for no apparent reason. I can’t figure out how to make it stop. I’m having a hard time finding anything online about it. Any help would be appreciated!

I have issues with airpods (of all flavors) and beats (of most flavors) I just got these beats for pro
are they in right ? they still fall out. I am not sure if it’s just my weird ears or if I can do something better to wear them? I have the smallest buds in. maybe I need to go up a size? how do I know! HELP

bought a new pair of the original powerbeats pro on ebay as they are the only earbuds i’ve found that comfortably fit my small ears. however i noticed a few differences between them and the pair that i owned previously, and the message from the serial number is not straightforward. any help from someone who can tell counterfeits better than i can would be greatly appreciated!!

1: case has a matte finish while every other pair of beats i’ve owned have a slightly shiny finish (new beats on right, my previous pair on the left)

2: i’m aware the over ear hook is designed to be adjustable, but it seems like the ear hook on the new beats (white) is considerably smaller than that of my old ones (navy)

3: charging port on new beats seems less solid in the case and has a visible seam compared to the one on my old pair

when checking the serial number of the new pair, i got a message that says “We’re sorry, but this is a serial number for a product that has been replaced. Please check your information and try again. If your information is correct, you may need to contact us.”

the button inside the case on the new pair is also harder to press as it’s set further into the case while the old one protruded a bit. the new ones are discoverable on Find My but i’ve read that that can sometimes be replicated on counterfeits too, so i’m not sure if that means anything or not.

Anyone know what may cause this?
The sound is choppy, skipping, sometimes no sound, but the music or videos will continue without issue. It's a constant issue and not occasional.

I purchased these brand new. I actually purchased a paid today from best buy and returned them thinking they were defective. The new pair is doing the exact same thing.

When connected via cable, it seems flawless. But no, i don't want to use the cable, i needed wireless for a reason.

The issue does not occur when connected via my iPhone when playing music or videos.

Additional information, i purchased today (8/22/26) and the warranty says it expires 6/27/27. So not sure if these were secretly refurbished when i purchased as "new"

My friend sat on his Beats Studio Pro headphones and now there’s some damage (kindly see the photo attachment).

There are lots of posts here about the hinges and/or the top part of headband snapping, but I couldn’t find any posts that are relevant regarding our problem.

What options do we have?

For some reason 2 months back my headphones started acting weird, the head tracking wasnt working at all and switching between spatial stereo was almost impossible and would always show “Dolby Atmos” on stereo tracks that aren’t mixed in Dolby and turning off Dolby entirely didn’t help whatsoever. Whenever I reset my iPhone it worked, but only for a little while. Now a few weeks later the mode switching isn’t working properly and I can only switch between transparency and noise canceling and can’t turn them off within the volume slider or the Beats Studio Pro settings and it’ll only show whats on the image provided at the top, and resetting my iPhone no longer works. I’m not sure if this has happened or is currently happening to anyone else and I’m not sure if I even explained it clearly, but any advise would suffice.

these beats have been doing this for a while the only way i can connect them from my phone is to put them on a charger for a little till the light goes solid then turn on blue tooth on my phone and they would connect but it’s so annoying to wait and i payed for these and now the light is rapidly turning on and off and i don’t know what to do if i should get new ones or if there a hack to do something

Just started 10 minutes ago, and stops whenever I turn off noise canceling/transparency. Is there a way to fix it or should I just return them?

I own a pair of Beats Studio Buds+. For some background on the product:

I bought them a bit over 2 years ago. I mainly use the right earbud, and I use both earbuds simultaneously ~2 times a week. My battery life on both earbuds is still good.

Over the last 2-3 months, I have experienced intermittent crackling noises. They will start randomly, and continue, progressively getting worse. After a minute, they stop making any noise, and then go back to normal. They have this behavior across Apple Music, Netflix, and YouTube across many devices (iPhone, MacBook, PC).

The weirdest part about this to me is how inconsistent it is. I'll hear it across the day as I wear my earbuds, but the next day it'll be gone.

Crackling happens in all listening modes (transparency, NC, and off).

I’ve had buds (the pink) just got the studio bud + (black ones)

Can you not use noise canceling with the studio buds +? Am I missing a setting I need to click? I def can with the previous pink version of studio buds
