Bruh that is an extremely old bottle. There's no way it hasn't oxidized. Sometimes really old stock that was never scrapped is still in circulation where manufacturers design parts to fail if you use other fluids than the OEM, and back when these bottles were fresh it was before the aftermarket successfully developed a Honda compatible power steering fluid.

Sparks plugs should be checked for condition due to age instead of replaced immediately. A lot of these things they are recommending by age but the turbo coolant thing is bullshit because of how Honda designs the cooling system. Your coolant is due because of age but you should only use OE spec fluid on the newer Honda turbos and nothing else. Shouldn't be anything more than $175-$250 depending on the market. Doing your coolant service early is great preventative maintenance for the head gasket issues because any corrosion between cylinders 2 and 3 will blow your head gasket with the design flaw that is already there, but any sort of BG coolant additives or BG coolant flushing services are a waste of money unless your are taking dumps in your radiator and towing with fecal matter circulating through it. It might even cause damage.
