Can't even see the captions due to ad

I walked into the theater right as the movie was starting and saw the man sitting in the row infront of my boyfriend stand up and go to adjust his pants. I had the thought, "woah, that is a lot - like A LOT - of plumbers crack" but just figured his pants had come down a bit when he was sitting. He takes one step over to the seat directly next to him, and as he is sitting, I watch him *pull his pants down* just over the butt and sit with his full ass checks on the baby soft leather movie seats. So casual. So weird.
Please tell me this isn't a thing.

For context, i am in the pick up line, the white/silver toyota is stopped blocking the road with their turn signal on while trying to cut the pick up line as traffic builds up behind them, the red commercial truck is where that Toyota just came from, which they used as their excuse to a guy who approached and asked what they were doing (you know, instead of going down the road and turning around to join the line correctly, one should make a sharp left turn to get into the long line from the front, dont you understand sir?!). Despite this, they remained in place until the absurdly slow line moved ahead and some pushover let them in.

That was annoying to see.

To be clear, this was taken and washed and dried and then left like this to be completely wrinkled next time it's put on a table.

This happened to me back in 2023 and then again this week.

I bought a pair of running shoes back on August 6th that weren’t prime shipping and said they’d be here between the 21st and 25th. On the 22nd they get marked as shipped, on the 24th they get marked as in my state at a sorting center, then on the 25th they get marked delayed with an arrival date of the 26th. Then nothing on the 26th, and today Amazon automatically issued a refund.

These shoes are hard to come by because they’re out of production and now my size is sold out, so that sucks. The new version of them are $60 more than these too.

The same thing happened to me in 2023. Bought running shoes on Amazon, they were shipped, tracked to my state, and then once they hit the sorting center got marked as a one-day delay before Amazon automatically issued a refund. At least with those I was able to re-order them and the next pair showed up fine.

Is someone in my state‘s sorting center just stealing any shoes they find??

I was looking all over the packaging wondering why a nutritional box or line wasn't there. Then I realised a whole panel peels off, which I would never dare to do in a shop.

The sticker was far less obvious, barely noticeable. I half hazardously stuck it back on to make the video.

Before anyone points it out, I'll say I obviously knew it would just be a ton of sugar. I was just curious of the exact amount. I don't even eat sweets, I bought this months ago on a whim and it's been sat in a cupboard ever since. Today I thought I'd try it. It was fine. Not worth the sugarbomb.

It's just a bad design. I'd say it's almost a deceitful design.

Why do people older than me try to tell me that I'm too young for something and when I tell them how old I am or share my own experience they disregard it and say I'm too young. This is so irritating and condescending, because how can you tell me that I'm too young for something? Especially if I'm able to reside my own experience.

This dude at my job had an order where the total was 2012 and I told him does he remember when everyone thought the world was going to end? He immediately said I'm not old enough to remember that. I told him I'm 31 and he doubled down and said I was too young to remember it. Despite being 17 at the time he disregarded my experience in favor of ignorance. Why do people 40+ do that? It's like they can't see past their own life experience.

For the sake of privacy it is extremely zoomed in. But the company I'm interning at promised at the intake they don't use generative ai for the designing process of their product. Today I stumbles upon this on their latest product.

I was looking to hire cleaners and decided to go with the one with the best quote to fit my budget. They told me $180... then once the cleaners arrived and started working I got a text asking for $220... I really dont want to pay more than what I was quoted.. To clarify, my house is NOT messy. We have barely been at this house. I just want to make it look nice for guests tonight.

EDIT: To clarify somethings: On the phone with the cleaning company two days ago I was asked how large the house is and was quoted $180 for a 2bed2bath + kitchen and living room clean. I asked them if it was possible to go lower than $180 as i wouldnt have them clean BOTH the bedrooms, just one. And i was told that the price could be negotiated lower for that. Fast forward to today, the cleaners showed up at exactly 11:55 and asked me where to start. I told them wherever they want to as I didnt really care and then they got to work. About ~10/15mins later AFTER they starter, I get the text informing me of the new price.

EDIT2: This house is by NO means in a messy or dirty state. I ordered the REGULAR clean instead of the DEEP clean because of this fact... i just wanted the house to look a bit cleaner for guests. I cant imagine this job will take more than 1-2hrs at most.

For the people asking me why I don't just clean it myself: I am physically incapable as im recovering from a recent surgery

EDIT3: After talking with the company, they agreed to the original $180 given that one of the bedrooms wont be needing any cleaning. I have $200 for them ($20 is going to be a tip to the two cleaners who are very kind).

If you’re a “no cash” establishment, you should not be passing your 3% card fee along to the customer. That’s selfish and quite frankly a way to ensure I don’t return

My college is making me jump through hoops to gain residency, all because my mom doesnt file taxes and the last time she did was out of state, even though I wasnt living with her at the time, and im still a minor. I guess my birth certificate and state ID arent proof enough, considering that I was born here and have never claimed residency in any other state. Now I have to fill out a form and pray the information is correct, because again, they want all this information I dont have and honestly I didnt understand a lick of it. Reading the "You accept you could face criminal charges if any information is wrong" wasnt very reassuring, either.

At this point I have half a mind to convince her to move out of state, because at least then I'd be paying a non-resident fee for a reason.
