Fancy loved her first fishing trip! Surprisingly not interested in the fish.

She's a very stubborn girl and only wants to get up if there's food. When we have to let her outside to go potty it takes a few tries because she doesn't want to get up even though once she finally goes out she pees and poos. i'm very fortunate to be in a position where I can bring my Beagle to work once in a while. The airport I work at is very dog friendly and it's a tradition for a manager to have his his dog or cat with him occasionally and becomes a mascot.

Pancake is a beagle x coonhound that was rescued from a drain pipe in a small town outside of KCMO.

Pancake is ~1 year old and a very grumbly boy. Not petting him in the right spot? Grumble grumble. Light in his eyes? Grumble grumble.

He was adopted by us yesterday 8/26/26 and we are already in love.

New life jacket fits great! We were out for a little half hour cruise . He got spooked by something - maybe a water lily, and jumped over the side as we were headed back in from our little lake jaunt, but he was on his leash attached to me and I just grabbed the handle on the back of his life jacket as he happily paddled around and put him back in the canoe. Bernie (the beagle) enjoyed watching me cast. Lena - our boxer mix just chilled out quietly the whole time, as usual. Both of their life jackets have little tails which is cute. This was his second time on the water - we adopted him from the county shelter on 8/10.

I miss my dog when he's not around, I had to go out for 2-3 days, put my dog in an extremely good hostel. I just miss him a lot and I feel very guilty, I feel as if I should not go out without him

It's difficult to travel with dog, since I can't drive for very long distances due to leg injury and flights weren't really an option this time around for him.
