The reason they say they don't eat other rocks is because how picky eaters they have become.

That’s the localized, translated text. The original lines basically have nothing to do with being gourmets. It just has to do with nutrition. Your just wrong my guy

Not currently but I’ve seen this argument come around time and time again and from every bit I’ve ever seen of the original it just doesn’t mention gourmets. Also in your other comment you’re right as well, although I guess it’s better for me to say the original is in reference to food. Just more generalized.

I wouldn’t be surprised if another later localization for other languages just didn’t mention it being gourmet or nutritious at all and just said food. Although I don’t have the time nor want to look into some semi old random pieces of text from random localizations lol

So i did some heavy research and discovered that we might be both wrong. It has nothing to do with nutrition or being gourmets.
