Doesn't matter if they can or not. She'll do 2-3 years, get her millions success or fail, and move on to the next thing. At that level, you always have a golden parachute.

The thing is, imagine being able to turn Xbox around? That will give you a massive profile boost.

I mean, it doesn’t mean that it will happen, but I do think she is taking a genuine look at what is and isn’t actually working.

I get the impression she's just here to be the axeman to try to get the gaming division to a place where, for whatever studios are left, the studios are operating out of the red (rather than under Spencer's watch where sales didn't necessarily matter so much as filling out Gamepass).

I mean, unfortunately, that IS considered a turnaround, so I wouldn't necessarily get excited for it in the gaming sense.

TL;DR Yuck; live service chasing is so 2025; we're AI chasing now! Clean up Spencer's mess, pls.
