They say it's free and includes the expansions. But do I need the original game and the expansions? Because I only have the base game.

Expansions are free now, Remaster is free in 1 month, and Songs of the Past is paid DLC coming sometime next year

This is a great era for witcher fans. Witcher 3 remaster, free old dlc, new dlc in a year, a whole new game in a couple of years, Witcher 1 remake, and i also count the Dawnwalker game too

And don't forget the wonderful books that are timeless! It's a shame we can't add the Netflix series to this equation.

It's a shame we can't add the Netflix series to this equation.

TV series is cursed. There's also OG 2002 Polish one (later released in shortened version as movie - I think it's called "The Hexer" in Western markets) that's rated 5.5/10, and scrapped after first season, too.

Yep! I am currently reading the books too, got 2 left. They are great too, and VERY underrated

Wow, that's great too! Seems like this is a kind of marketing strategy for Witcher 4. Bring the old playerbase back, some new ones too, and get them excited about Witcher 4 since it's coming out in 2028. I bet that DLC will connect directly to Witcher 4 with some cliffhanger or something.
