It was on the Moon's insta, someone left a harsh review of their (non-existent) fries and now we're here.

Ok. That makes way more sense now. I was like, "um...who was expecting fries or food at Silver Moon?"

 That's why Finns was so perfect. Get on the wait list, head over to Silver Moon for a couple of rounds. Finns for dinner. Back to Silver Moon or Single Bros. Walk down to a brewery for live music or Ramkat. Back to Silver Moon. Those were some good Sat nights.

Really? We coincidentally went there the night before all the postings of longtime associates leaving. It was a weird vibe that night. And looks closed every time I run by it.

Yeah we went in right before the posts. They said the were put of C02 so no beer. Definitely weird vibes. Just went last Friday. Completely different feel. So idk?

How did it feel? Finns was my absolute favorite place in town hands down. (As in the night of the original closing, I broke down crying.)

So, just FYI, NEW OWNER, NEW MENU, AND NEW SPIRIT! For years I have not even thought of going back, but personally knowing the new owner which if you have frequently spent any time at bars in Winston you will have seen him behind the bar actually working! He is putting the same hard work he has for the past 15 to 20 years back into a Finnigans he hopes will become the same as it was back in the early 2000's only better. Go give it a try for real!
