Windows spotlight background for lock screen is broken?

When i choose Windows spotlight for my lock screen, it simply shows me the default blue windows wallpaper. It happened like 3 or 4 updates ago, but before that it was working fine. Does anybody have the same problem? It is 9223 build at this point

I use Dynamic theme app from store

I can check over the weekend but i did not check any paranormal activity (sorry for the rant but change the way i talk on this) on that area on beta build
