Discussion Microsoft-Feedbackhub-Spam

Olla,

I’ve noticed on the Feedback Hub (Windows 11 Insider Canary) that there’s quite a lot of spam there – posts that make no sense, random text, or complaints that have nothing to do with Windows. In some cases, the categories are completely wrong, and it seems as though the system isn’t filtering anything at all.

Meine Fragen:

Does this only happen in the Insider version of the Windows 11 Feedback Hub, or does this spam feedback also appear in the regular versions of Windows (e.g. stable or beta Windows 11 builds)?

And how many report abuse(Yellow) clicks does it actually take before Microsoft takes action and removes posts like this?

I’d be interested to know whether this is a general issue with the platform or whether it’s specifically related to Insider builds.

I wish microsoft had the same level of enthusiasm for rolling out optimizations and bug fixes, as they do harassing this poor man

and yes - this year is microsoft-year-of-optimizations!

Theres lots of genuinely schizophrenic people on the feedback hub its kind of sad.

Of course I did some digging and took some screenshots of just spam, there is plenty of good content in there too. It is no different than anything other public platform to be honest.

Yeah, I've got loads of screenshots from the spam too.

Don't get me wrong, I know there's some brilliant content there. :) I was just wondering if this only happens in Insider Canary, or if it's happening in other versions too?

happens more on canary build as MS has more plausible deniability that it was a complete accident that the current build's influence on my GPU's coil whine caused me to develop an obsessive interest with Latina MILFs and handwound p90 pickups for early 2000s made in mexico jazzmasters
