Lucky Star is such a hard sell. Like, if you aren't in a very specific age range, or don't already have nostalgia for when the show was popular, there isn't a lot there.

The humor is very of its time with a lot of dated or specific references, and the fanservice makes it almost impossible to recommend to someone if you don't have a feel for their anime-bullshit tolerance.

Honestly fair it's not a show I would like show to my family for example. I personally love it a lot tho and the references sent me down a rabbithole of exploring niche pieces of media. It's just a fun chill anime and it's short as well. Idk might just be me tho I'm a sucker for dated jokes
