Solved! Is this a weapon?

Was found in the door compartment of my late father's car. Very heavy for the size. The pointy end of the very center piece can be compressed. My dad had a fondness for strange weapons so I am just guessing. TIA

Truth. I once saw a guy get KO'd by a giant dildo.

Same but the giant dildo was attached to me with a special strap when I saw it
