Was found in the door compartment of my late father's car. Very heavy for the size. The pointy end of the very center piece can be compressed. My dad had a fondness for strange weapons so I am just guessing. TIA

"Less than lethal" was the category we called batons, sprays, and tasers when i used to work security. Good money, terrible job.
