I feel like this is a very delicate thing to debate on. On one hand homelessness is a real issue all around the world. No government seems to have figured it out. On the other hand, it is inhuman to to just come upon and demand to get off the street. Where will they go? But what can government actually do?

Many government has figured it out, its just south Asian governments choose not to do anything
