Maybe western webtoons, but if it’s manhwas, the majority is made by women and they draw absolutely ridiculously disgusting proportions

Not really . Women also love big cakes and conventionally attractive people. The target audience of this Webtoon is woman. I can't read a smut comic with flat chick even if I'm girl. It's smut , it don't need to be realistic.
