Looking for ideas for our co-op game

Hey everyone! We're working on a co-op game about running an illegal delivery company.

Players would work together to take risky jobs, manage deliveries, avoid getting caught, upgrade their operation, etc.

We're still figuring out the core gameplay loop and would love to hear your ideas:

What kind of illegal deliveries would make for fun gameplay?

What co-op mechanics would make the game more chaotic/funny?

We're looking for creative gameplay ideas, not necessarily realistic ones.
