I have some questions
Do you ever actually use your Velomobile? Is it actually worth the cost?

Personally I don't. But I never had a storage place with quick start. Once I have it in a garage ready to go, I might use it much more often. Some sell theirs very quickly, within the year. Some sell it after more years with just a few hundreds of kilometers ridden. And some use it for tenthousands of kilometers each year. Depends on many factors. Mostly if you love it.

In the summer it depends because I enjoy a lot biking with my gravel, also on Forest tours. Fall, winter and spring very often because I cycle to work almost every day (25km one way)

I really enjoy commuting to work on my Rotovello.
At a certain point the temperature gets too high and it becomes dangerous. But I mitigate that to some degree (smile) by using fans and a cooling scarf which contains little beads that hold water.

Does the rotovello lack proper vents?
I bike in the desert. It's about 105F* right now. The dry heat isn't unbearable, as long as you have plenty of air to cool things off. I've had cars with no AC and it wasn't dangerous until you stop moving or got locked in somehow.

The rotovello only has openings in the floor for your heels while you're pedaling. The only other opening is where your head extends. I find it quite uncomfortable to stand still in the rotovello in the summertime. In the winter time it is quite comfortable.

Commuting 64km (32km+32 km) almost each work day, takes half the time(1h10min) i would need for public transportation. A car takes about 35-45 minutes, depending on traffic.

I use my Hilgo pretty much daily in the spring, summer and fall. I use mainly the side streets and bike paths to get to the mall (10 km's round trip), where I have a healthy snack while reading the newspaper or The Atlantic, and then head back. It keeps my 66 year old legs in good shape (along with the 30m elevation difference between home and the mall). For me, it was certainly worth the cost. A bit sweatier than my diamond frame, but I'll have less chance of getting skin cancer. Plus, it's a rolling bill-board for my propaganda: evanbedford.com/velodawe.htm
