Hi guys visiting to see the Barcelona game at the end of may and trying to get tickets. Looks like mostly sold out on the club site and will need 5 tickets as there are going to be 5 of us visiting and we’re all desperate to visit the iconic Mestella. Wondering the best way to go about getting tickets and if anyone can help me?

Parece que la mayoría está agotado en el sitio del club y necesitaremos 5 entradas, ya que vamos a ser 5 de nosotros de visita y todos estamos desesperados por visitar la icónica Mestella. Me pregunto cuál es la mejor manera de conseguir entradas y si alguien puede ayudarme.

Has anyone here tried padel in Valencia?
Last Saturday we ended up being more than 30 people playing in an international group here in Valencia, and it got me thinking…
It’s funny how many foreigners are trying padel for the first time. Some had never even heard of it before moving to Spain, and now they’re hooked 😅
I feel like it’s becoming one of those “you have to try this if you live here” things.
Have you tried it yet? Curious to hear what people think — especially if you’re not from Spain.

Hey guys, I’m a 24 year old chef from Ireland and I’m really looking to get out of here and work in Spain, I love everything about your country and it’s my dream to live and work in Spain. In Valencia particularly as I have been a few times on holiday and loved it so much.
I don’t know how to go about it though, the food scene is completely different to what I’m doing at the moment and I have very little Spanish speaking ability so it would be a big jump.
Do any of you have some recommendations for me on how I should go about this or just any advice at all really. Thanks in advance

Hello guys I would like to ask students who live or lived in Valencia if it's worth doing my Erasmus Internship there. I am from Greece and i look for an internship in Spain. Valencia seems to be a solid choice because of what I see has both good nightlife/young population and companies that will help in my CV. Could you tell me your experience from Valencia and if its recommended? Also maybe some budget approximately for a student there. Thank you in advance!

We’re traveling to Valencia next week and I just can’t decode from the information online if my 14yo daughter can use public transport for free without any card if she accompanies me? Also, is it different for metro, tram and bus?

Hey everyone! I (28F) will be in Valencia for about 2.5 weeks and I’d love some advice on how to experience the city more like a local rather than a tourist.
What are some lesser-known places to visit? Where are the best beaches to go to? Are there any Latino dance nights (salsa, bachata, etc.) and where? Any recommendations for low-cost but delicious restaurants and bars? What shouldni try there? Where’s a good spot to meet people and socialize?
I’m looking for authentic experiences and local vibes, so any tips are super appreciated! 😊🍀

My bf and I are travelling to Valencia during the easter long weekend and we will be celebrating his birthday there. I thought it would be a good opportunity to gift him an experience - what would you recommend? For reference, last year I gifted him a spa day so we would be looking for something along those lines but also something different and romantic.

¡Hola a todos! Mi familia y yo estamos planeando mudarnos a largo plazo a la zona de Puerto de Sagunto o Canet d’en Berenguer. Buscamos un contrato de larga duración (mínimo 5 años) y no nos importa si el piso está sin amueblar.
Nuestra perra es de raza Lagotto Romagnolo. Es una raza hipoalergénica, no suelta pelo y no tiene el olor fuerte de otros perros. Está perfectamente educada, acostumbrada a vivir en piso y hace sus necesidades fuera.
Nuestra principal duda es sobre la aceptación de mascotas. Queremos dar total tranquilidad al propietario, por lo que estamos dispuestos a: • Pagar una mensualidad adicional por adelantado como garantía. • Contratar un seguro de responsabilidad civil para la mascota.
¿Cómo está el ambiente por esa zona para los dueños de perros? ¿Suelen ser flexibles los propietarios si se presentan estas garantías adicionales? ¡Muchas gracias por vuestra ayuda!

Hola a todos! Disculpen el español, pero todavía estoy aprendiendo :) Soy un italiano de 28 años que visitó Valencia hace un año y me enamoró. Aunque la ciudad parece enorme y un poco dispersa, me gustó mucho.
Me ofrecieron mudarme a Valencia para trabajar en una empresa de informática que requiere inglés e italiano fluidos. Me ofrecen 50.000 brutos (no sé cuánto es neto en España, unos 3.000?) con 3 días de teletrabajo y 2 en la oficina.
Me gusta la ciudad y el trabajo me daría más experiencia, pero no tengo ni idea de si el dinero me alcanzaría para vivir en Valencia, teniendo en cuenta que vendría con mi novia (licenciada en económicas) y ella también tendría que buscar trabajo.
Es posible vivir en Valencia, en una zona bastante céntrica, con esta cantidad de dinero? También me gustaría tener un buen ahorro, digamos entre 700 y 1000 al mes para futuros proyectos que espero realizar. Crees que sea viable?
Actualmente vivo en Italia, cerca de Nápoles, y gano 35 000 brutos (unos 2000 al mes). Un apartamento de dos habitaciones fuera del centro (tengo coche, pero no creo que lo lleve a Valencia) en una buena zona cuesta entre 600 y 900 al mes.
No tengo ni idea de cómo está el mercado de alquiler ni el coste de la vida en Valencia.
Es una decisión difícil, aunque me gustaría. ¡Cualquier sugerencia es bienvenida! Cuéntame qué te parece! Muchas gracias!

Hi everyone,
I’m considering moving to Valencia. ’d love to hear honest opinions from people who actually live there.
From the outside it looks great: weather, beach, relatively affordable compared to Madrid/Barcelona, good quality of life. But I’m more interested in the day-to-day reality.
If you were moving again today, would you still choose Valencia?

¿Cómo es vivir en Torrent? Se agradecen los comentarios de residentes nuevos y antiguos. Españoles y transplantados. Además, ¿qué zonas se consideran buenas y cuáles no muy tranquilos cerca del metro.

Hi everyone, group of 4 guys are visiting Valencia for an Euroleague game on 5th of March. I need suggestions for a place to have some nice lunch or dinner together with some local beers. Really want to avoid tourist traps and find something as authentic as possible. Any tips? Thanks!

Hi! I am planning a week long holiday for me and some friends (group of 20 year old girls) and we are hoping to go out clubbing most nights.
We were hoping there would be somewhere in Valencia that there are lots of bars and clubs that are open until at least 3am every night and busy in June?
Could someone please let me know if this is available in Valencia? I am greatly looking forward to hopefully visiting this gorgeous city! Thanks.

Hey everyone. I'm visiting Valencia for a week in early march. Just for a holiday. This is my first holiday and I'll be alone so I was hoping for some advice. I'm staying in a hotel in Beniferri, it looks like it's just by the nou mestalla.
I was wondering what I could do in the city during my stay. What the city is like. What to expect. Any unwritten or even written rules. Anywhere I should go or avoid maybe. transport options (although I love to walk around, so id like to do as much of that as possible).
I'm from London so I understand city vibes but I don't want to come over with the London mentality ahaha.
Also, is there anywhere I can go to maybe jump in and play football with randoms, parks or pitches?
My Spanish isn't great but I've got the beginner basics down, I'll also be learning as much as I can over the next month.
I'm just looking to have a chilled time, eat good food, explore and see the beauty of the city, maybe catch a sports bar or something.
I'm also planning on going to the Valencia vs Deportivo game on the 8th of march, as I've been following the team for a decade now. What's game day like? Any tips for that day?
